Friendly open flexible and helpful
I always think the most honest way of giving my view on an organisation is to say whether I would go back and deal with them again In the case of Tony Gallacher at the RV Super Centre in Broxburn the answer is a resounding YES Tony was brilliant right from the off He spent an hour showing my wife and me different models and sizes of motorhome - and then taking us back round them again - until we finally felt comfortable that we d found the right one for our needs Throughout the whole sales process from paying the deposit to collecting the vehicle Tony was consistently friendly open flexible and helpful Now we are delighted with our motorhome and we feel that whatever our future needs we can be confident that the Broxburn RV Super Centre and Tony Gallacher in particular are there to look after us No hesitation in awarding 5 stars

Overall great experience
Overall great experience and can only recommend Some cons listed below but nothing that will stop me from renting from them in the future Pros Great staff able to help through email WhatsApp or phone Clean motorohome with everything we paid for Enough time to take photos videos of the vehicle state before departure Cons Very limited time for pick-up and drop-off - but stated on the website and at the end even possible to pick-up two hours earlier Without transfer from to the airport - again stated at their website It is possible to use taxi or bus if you want to save some money and didn t have problem with walk to the bus stop Many models of vehicles - some things in the manual was for different type of vehicle appliance and not directly applicable to the one we had

Happy Trippers
We had a great experience with the motor home It allowed us the freedom to move around and see what we wanted to It also allowed us to change our plans cause we had our bed with us We slept in roadside stops as well as caravan parks and horse racecourse parks The pickup of the motor home was smooth and the information given was helpful with our trip as well as the drop off process The vehicle was an automatic ford and was smooth to drive and handled very well on the open roads The difficult part of having a big motor home was the width and height as you need to make sure were you are going in England as most county roads are not very wide in small towns Finding somewhere to park was the most difficult part

Just great camper hire
My son and I were treated more than fairly and all the staff knew how to help us get the best experience possible David in Edinbrough in particular So many Just Go campers seen on our travels Genuinely would use Just go by preference

Buy an ex-hire if possible
Having not been in a motorhome before we went to look at the various layouts and options Robert took us around the different types and sizes then left us to view on our own We were blown away with the various types and decided we would go for it and purchase a Roller Team 747 Robert from sales was very knowledgeable and told us the pros and cons The pros out weighed the conns and the deal was done We purchased a 3 months old ex-hire of which I would recommend to anyone as the savings are excellent We also purchased some extras which were fitted by RV team prior to collection Highly Recommended

It was our first time with JustGo Motorhomes the staff was very friendly all along with the questions we had asked It was a new type of trip holiday and we need to ensure we understand We were picked up and taken to the nearest station as an offer of kindness really appreciated that The Motorhome was clean tidy and had all we need for the trip ready to go or better saying JustGo The JustGo company for us was a 5 starts service we will be coming back for more trips Thank you JustGo

This was our first time on a motor home
This was our first time on a motor home holiday We toured around The new forest into Devon and Cornwall and finishing in Hampshire We loved the whole experience The motor home gives you the freedom to see the countryside and enjoy it more as while you are travelling you see the beautiful surroundings The just go motor home was great it had everything we needed to hand Once we got the hang of what to do it came as second nature The bed was very comfortable and had the best sleep Just go gave us a phone number to ring if we came into difficulty along the way The only negative was that travelling north there are no LPG top up at garages so you need to keep an eye on the gauge on the gas cylinder
