Always helpful even when it s bad for their bottom line I ve had them convince me not to buy things give a refund when GW released a new codec the day after I bought one and you get pts for prizes What s not to love

Great store for all your gaming needs

Ordered a Cardfight Vanguard booster box that was discontinued on the website for a great price The box arrived very quickly and in great condition even though it was shipped to my NI address so shipping can have some delays I ll likely order from here again thanks

The cream of the Merseyside LFGS crop

The owners and staff at Justplay really make it a welcoming place They make you want to go and game there and they make you want to spend money there as opposed to elsewhere Thats because you know that money aside from bringing you your gaming goodies is supporting a business ran by brilliant people who put the customer experience above everything else I m overjoyed that Justplay has been able to adapt to this strange new Covid World where things are more closed off and less personal close than we would wish I m overjoyed that their success over the last year has allowed them to expand because it means that as we approach a more normal version of the world there s more at Justplay to enjoy - hopefully for many years to come

Games Workshop items non stock but great service

Tried to buy some specialist necromunda dice online turned out they were out of stock but after a short email conversation was given sope options for available alternatives As these are non stock item but ordered in from Games Workshop the delivery time is slower But as I was in no rush this was all fine Arrived and are exactly as ordered

These guys are super helpful and a reall asset to the local gaming community They once accidentally sold me a codex that was going out of date the week after MTG player on the till and they then a contacted me b Apologised and said they d give me a copy of the new one the week it was released c Let me keep the old one Seriously the best customer service ever

Great place to learn more about Warhammer and similar hobbies All the staff are super knowledgeable and friendly and provide a lot of support to the community though events and just general chats and advice in store Easy to book a table and membership is very reasonably priced Best place in Liverpool and the surrounding areas by a long long way
