Items sadly came broke Did get 50 off broken items Good service but they should have never been dispatched broken

If you value your time don t order here Ordered item for pick up almost a week ago had practically no response from customer service when I did they told me my item is in stock nothing else Two days later it turned out that it was out of stock from moment I ordered wastes of time not recommended to anyone Maybe if staff would actually do their job instead of leaving bunch of fake reviews things wouldn t mess up Edited knowing scarcity of product I checked if it s in stock in first place when I ordered And when one of your members replied to my email and I quote I haven t heard that they re out of production meaning what then Don t try to make it as misunderstanding it s not When you can t update stock levels online in time it s on you

Model took nearly two months to be ready for pick up The item was fine when I got it but the time it took to be delivered was ridiculous

The advertisement is so ugly Please stop that The one with woman saying they pay or something It s so annoying

They marked my order as collected when I have not collected it I have emailed several times asking for the status of my order and they have not replied once This is for something I ordered 10 months ago I have also been in store to ask about this but they just said they didn t have the item yet

TLDR Took 8 months to deliver 2 small in-stock items I ordered several items on the 1st July 2022 which all showed on their website as in stock They were needed for a convention the following weekend On the 5th July I contacted them by phone to find out where my order was as I hadn t received a shipping confirmation They said some of the items weren t in stock They proceeded to cancel and refund part of the order which wasn t in stock The rest of the order was supposed to be shipped out It didn t get sent in time for the convention in fact it didn t get shipped until 27th Feb 2023 - nearly 8 months later Not a word of an apology or explanation

I ordered a game as shown in stock on the 12 th march 2023 Checked later that week showed out of stock Contacted them via email on 22nd march stating this - No reply contacted them via instagram 23rd march 2023 as no reply from email emailed 24th march stating i have reached out via instagram - No reply received an answer on Instagram 25th march saying out of stock but can refund i replied same day requesting a refund no refund 2nd april requested refund via Instagram again - No reply 2nd april sent email requesting refund with screenshot on Instagram - No reply 10th april requested refund from Instagram again - No reply

Played games up to required levels they refused to pay ITS A SCAM SPENT HOURS PLAYING IM DISABLED AND TRYING TO EARN A LITTLE BIT EXTRA TILE GAME WENT FROM KEVEL 250 TO 500 THEY REFUSED TO PAY ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS

It s a scam Apart from below par games and very slow earnings when it comes to withdrawal the app stops working

Ordered a OOP Warhammer boxset stating Tracked 2 day delivery service had to contact them a week later only to be told they had no idea where the parcel was On asking for the tracking number they could not provide it I have never heard of Royal Mail tracked service or any other that does not provide a tracking number When pressed of this they said they didnt know why they didnt have a tracking number Item is no longer available with them or any other retailer so can not get the one Warhammer item my wee lad asked for for Christmas thanks to Just Play Games I believe they were playing games as in the item was never sent and possibly sold else where at the higher rate now being charged by scalpers They said if the item was returned to them they would let me know another week later and nothing The chances of Royal Mail loosing a tracked item and shipping without providing a tracking number for it never to appear again with the end address or shipping address is simply not believable to me While I did recieve a refund I would have obviously preferred to get the item I paid for or at the very least be told there was an issue rather than me having to chase them and get a response of basically I dont know how your item got lost or if it even shipped as we have no tracking details for tracked mail At best incompetent at worst
