I ordered a SUP and the shipment came quickly I also needed to contact Customer support afterwards and their consultant was easy to communicate with and gave me excellent help I would definitely recommend others to buy products from Kajakk og Fritid AS

Got help with a case we wasn t quite

Got help with a case we wasn t quite agree upon but everything went well at the end I have to say that the time before you get an answer is pretty long at times but that is something that they working on Actually a good place to shop

Exellent customer service

When we put the new SUP on the water we found out that there was a hole in it We sent a picture and video of it on the water with bubbles coming out to customer service - which sent us a new one right away Thank you for excellent service

Bought a SUP Stand up paddleboard branded SurPlus Got it within 2 days of placing the order it works well and is a lot of fun ordered a second one for my girlfriend who is also very happy with hers and one for my sister We are all very happy with the quality and the delivery time especially 5 5
