Had problems with my E-bike type Fosna Ragnar because after 3 months the speedometer stopped functioning and the electrical motor gave no support to the pedals The error message on display was not mentioned in the service-book Support department of Kajakk og Fritid AS gave me a reply after 3 days and the proposed fix with correcting the position of magnet on back wheel did the trick Bike is good as new

Had a problem charging the battery on my e-bike The battery and display were sent to the kayak and leisure workshop for a check problem found and I got a new battery under warranty great customer service
