I had sold my car and didn t receive the money even after a week After calling the switchboard the sales guy said he will send a text to my mobile the with relevant contact details but didn t I had to again go back and check The sales person always promise to get back but they don t I wouldn t recommend Kamux to buy or sell cars

Do not use this company I purchased a car from then to import to Denmark I was told to deposit 5000 SEK and I would get them back ones the car was registered Now they can t find my money I have called the sales person but he has nothing say Therefor we contacted a layer in Sweden they are not going to get away with it So don t buy a car from a company you can t trust

Never pay for reservation

Consultant on the phone said that car is in perfect condition so we believed and paid 3000kr for reservation to bring car from Stockholm Kamux to Bor s Consultant said that we will get money back if car will have serious issues but if we won t like just colour or some small things so we won t get money back so we trusted consultant word and trusted one of the biggest company in Sweden sadly Car was bringed one week after reservation was paid no consultant could help in Bor s because car bringed from Stockholm shop even gave keys just for checking car and not try on the road My husband is mechaniker and checked car with car diagnostic computer and found many faults and saw that was something done with engine or chain So we wanted money back because car had problems but consultant instant became rude and said that we buy car or won t get back money because all good with the car We asked for proof that car doesn t have problems service book was missing So after 3 days got offert faktura from consultant as a proof even it was just prices for car service like oil changing and filters We asked to bring car to original car workshop consultant said that they don t do that and if we will bring car for checkup during car trying test and will take more than 15min they will call to police and will say that car is stolen So we reached region chef and he said that they can drive car to original car workshop for checkup but we will pay for diagnostic we agreed So car had serious issues break pads almost finished disks oil leaking from oil filter and gearbox engine faults Kamux consultant called mechaniker to ask what he found and was so rude and told mechaniker why he checked too much on the car found too much problems We didn t want to deal wirh that consultant so we tried to reach region chef but in the end we were ignored with no answer to our calls or messages so we reached VD of Kamux and send email with all proof emails papers of car diagnostic We are still ignored and they don t want to give our reservation money back even we did proved that car have serious issues So we had one week full of stress and pushing from consultant to buy car or we won t get money back So unprofessional ignoring and violating client rights it shouldn t be in Sweden company like this Please give you a favor and avoid this company if you want to save money and nerves Better change to a new name - Scamux

DO NOT BUY CAR from them Soled me a car saying its in perfect condition from Helsingborg to Stockholm When I found the car has troubles I wanted to return it and regret buying form them They promised me to fix everything The Kamux arranged a mechanic Where it was diagnosed various problems in engine and transmission Now they refuse to fix it Never ever Trust Kamux the sales guy will sell you saying no problems and guarantees and at the end they refuse to fix it

I would never recommend anyone to buy a car from Kamux I bought a VW Golf from Kamux Wentorf in Germany for my company On first contact with the seller i have asked him if the car can be purchased for my company without VAT and he confirmed that after we will reach home with the car we will be reimbursed the VAT We have asked him again before signing the contract if we will get the money back and he said that under the German law we don t have to worry we will get the money back and that this is written in the contract The contract was all in German and we don t speak any word of it and we took his words for granted He continually said that we will get the VAT and no need to worry After reaching home i contacted the dealer Jan Kenneth Latsch to reimburse us the VAT and he said he did a mistake and the car doesn t have VAT and he will not help us because it s not his problem The employee of the company did a mistake that costs my company 2200euros and nobody seems to care about this This should be paid from his salary Also we were not allowed to drive the car other than visually check The car has gearbox problems that costs another 900 euros Also nobody cares Sent numerous emails to Kamux company but nobody is willing to fix their mistake Don t make this mistake Don t buy from Kamux

Do not buy a car at Kamux Bought a Volvo XC90 2017 D5 after one month complete engine needs replacement a hole on a piston caused by cracks Kamux will not repair anything because I drove 4900km with the car To make things worse it broke on vacation with small kids no help at all Avoid in any case

I bought a car from G teborg store Just after 2 days I got engine light on got an error on screen saying that engine performance is limited And I also have quite significant vibration during acceleration due to a problem on drive shaft They have send my car to checkup on their repair shop shop confirmed the problems But after 3 months still neighter of the problems fixed I am tired of calling so send an email Didn t got a reponse after 32 days So now I got created case with ARN and will seek for my legal rights In short I wouldn t recomment Kamux You need to be really sure about the status of the car before buying But then why go to a gallery if you will not get help in case of problems Probably you can find a cheaper and maybe more reliable option on direct seller on the internet

Bought a car After driving back home from their dealership i got an whining noise Had the car checked at the official dealership and found out that the turbo needs to be replaced - 4000euros was the quote 20 of the cars price As i bought the car to Estonia and did not buy extra quarantees no help was given from their side neither local dealership nor Sweden headquarters So dont trust what they say in their website about their used cars being checked and tested
