The mistake we made was not reading the reviews I waited 9-10 days for this doll and it came back looking nothing like I had bought It came back having bald patches different skin colour and bad hair I went on line searching reborn dolls the first thing it had was all the pictures they had on their website Poor quality don t recommend

Complete rip off Paid 40 for a doll you could get at a pound shop Very disappointed little girl at Christmas it was meant to be her main gift

Don t give up you can get a refund

I have been fighting this company for a 2 weeks now and thankfully as I paid through PayPal I used the service on there and have been offered a full refund but will need to return the dolls recorded delivery I m very happy as these dolls are hideous our poor 7 5 yr old daughters had saved hard for these so wasn t going to let this company win

Terrible do not give this company your hard earned cash The dolls are nothing like what they advertise if I didn t laugh I d cry daughters birthday present only good enough for the bin No reputable company would deliver tosh like this doubt I will ever see a refund either Read and learn friends

Absolutely worst place to order haven t received my daughters doll ordered a while ago can t find a phone number to contact anyone and no one responds to the emails either Definitely won t be using this place again

Biggest con ever My item was not as discribed Took it through paypal dispute because kaydora would not give me a return address Cost me 30 pound to return paypal only refunded me 15pound towards that still waiting for my refund of 62 pound refund from kaydora even after they have recieved my return

I ordered a baby doll from hear for my granddaughter birthday they received my payment but unfortunately I haven t received my granddaughters doll All I get is emails from them telling me that they haven t received my order But it s strange how they have received my payment be careful this is a scam business I m so annoyed with this company if you can call it a company at all

Doll arrived nothing like photo

The doll that arrived was nothing like the doll in the photo s however it literally arrived just before Xmas so too late to do anything as a reborn was the top only thing my 9year old asked for The hair is stuck on not routed like the photo s on the site showed and I m just gutted I also didn t read the reviews Luckily the doll is quite cute looking so my daughter wasn t too disappointed but definetely not worth the 70 odd pound I spent on the thing Don t be fooled into thinking your getting the doll in the photo s you won t be
