If I could rate this website a zero I would They sent me a hard plastic doll instead of the full silicone doll I paid for They wanted me to send it back and I didn t agree because I read someone else s review and they stated that they wanted them to send it back and would provide the refund They returned it but the company stated they never received the doll back so they were out the shipping charges to ship it back and the amount they paid for the doll I requested a prepaid return shipping label and they stated they couldn t provide one because nothing was wrong with the doll I then replied back to them stating there was something wrong with it it s not made from silicone and the doll looked nothing like the picture and nor did the hair So I am stuck trying to figure out what PayPal is wanting me to do now They better not want me to send it back to them I want my refund first then I will gladly send it back Don t order from these people Instead go to Amazon where I found a real silicone doll for about 300 She is so cute And at least Amazon stands behind their customers if the item is falsely advertised Not like PayPal where they have sided with them instead it seems

do not order from this company They are a scam and will not send you the doll you purchased they send you a horrible quality piece of crap I have emailed them 17 times and no one will respond 144 wasted

Do not order from this unscrupulous company You may get the doll you ordered but they might intentionally send you a different doll without first finding out if that is acceptable And when you try to get either the correct doll or your money back they hide behind PayPal s policy not to refund your money unless you ship the doll back to them which costs almost as much as the doll I ordered the Bentley doll which is a girl doll with green eyes and dark blonde hair I was sent a boy doll with brown eyes and black hair When I contacted them about it they said they sent this doll because they were out of the green eye coloring An honest business would have contacted me at this point and asked if a different doll would be acceptable I would have told them no and requested a refund But Rebornshoppe didn t do this Instead they intentionally sent the incorrect doll After nearly two weeks of trying to get this company to do the right thing and refund my money they told me to file a complaint with PayPal PayPal won t refund the money until the doll is received back by Rebornshoppe which will cost almost as much as the doll I will be out 80 all because Rebornshoppe isn t scrupulous enough to make sure a substitute doll is acceptable Obviously they only care about profit and not about making sure they provide what the customer has paid for

If I could give no stars I would It took a month and a week to receive a doll that was not silicone It was hollow plastic Not even hair on it The legs weren t even attached to the doll I paid 99 Worth maybe 10 It s my fault for even buying it but my daughter was excited I have been working with PayPal for a refund because I would email the company and I d get no response I feel like they sent whatever kind of doll because I opened a dispute with PayPal They re crooks My daughter cried when she saw the doll
