The package arrived but the box was completely destroyed The side of the box was torn open and the box itself was crushed I am relieved that the product I order did not fall out

On the first request to leave a review it asked that if you were not entirely satisfied to email them first and a response would be given in 24 hours Over a week has passed and I sent a further email and still nobody has contacted me This is very poor customer service I bought 2 new probes the one the gold has worn off and it hasn t been 2 months yet and the second no instructions came with it as it s a probe you can alter the sensation on each side there are numerous connections so instructions would be helpful Overall I think the kegel machine has benefitted me over the years I m on my second machine But the new probes lack durability and a probe with larger contacts is needed along with a point that sits on the entrance to the vagina so you know it is inserted the correct depth Still after all these years the main instruction manual for the machine lacks details on the programmes one would ve thought by now that would ve been sorted I am most disappointed with the current customer service Not a scratch on the old days UPDATE 14 FeB 23I have been contacted directly by Kegel Apparently the reason why the gold disappears is due to acidity within the vagina If that s the case why sell them The representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable and did answer my questions However I was promised a new probe along with some conductivity and cleaning gel These are yet to arrive I still think the initial booklet needs to be updated the information the representative gave me on which programmes to use should be in the booklet as it was superb advice and made sense Overall the machine does a good job It s a pity the probes are not durable

Slow delivery then when we tried to return the item after a long call with them where we made it clear it had been tried once and consequently did they want the probe back - they said yes they then claimed it had been used Their literature states Money-back 90-day guaranteeNo-questions-asked money-back 90-day guarantee if you can t honestly state that your symptoms have improved and that your pelvic floor feels stronger If you don t enjoy results within the first 90 days of using our product we don t deserve to keep your money You have every right to ask for a full no-questions-asked on-the-spot refund anytime you decide And if you decide you want a refund there ll be no questions asked and no hard feelings whatsoever on our part Reading other reviews it is clear that refunds are an issue for this firm despite nothing within the pack being used except the probe I m clear that from the slowness of response the contradictory message from customer services and the fact that the above guarantee doesn t apply to male aids such as the Kegel8 makes this a riskier buy However to the company s credit they did eventually propose a helpful solution which was acceptable to us Thanks for that It may be good if the web pages stated categorically that refunds will not be accepted for this item - this should appear on the main web page for clarity rather than being buried elsewhere on the site It would avoid issues for the company I ve revised my rating to reflect our experience

This is a great wee machine However having a prolapse which has been repaired and has now happened again I bought this in desperation as I never want to go through that op again I can see this working if your a new mum or if your muscles are lazy or after menopause but I can t see how it will really help a bladder prolapse I have used this religiously for just about a month and my hope is deteriorating even tho I know this takes time I can t see how it changes much age 55 So disappointed So yes good product if you don t have a bladder prolapse I gave this 3 stars as I am writing it from a prolapse point of view maybe great for others

I found the buying experience quite difficult but once done the device arrived quickly The instructions could be clearer but again once sorted the device is easy to use and perfectly comfortable I ve not had it long enough only about 3 weeks to report on results but remain very hopeful that I will see an improvement

Disappointed that the gold probe has been replaced with the silver one

Firstly the rubber cover for the plug was missing this made me apprehensive about using it but I did after washing and using gel you provided After the second try it worked well for a whole day but then I had an infection the day after I was due for appointment at the hospital so asked if they could treat me so they did a test and I was on antibiotics for a week twice a day The problem now is I am apprehensive again to use the Kegel 8 as I feel I shouldn t have used it with the battery cover missing In the first place as it makes me wonder if it was returned

I have had my Kegel for 2 weeks and I am noticing a slight difference but still not enough to ditch the pads We will see

I have only been using the Kegel8 for 3 weeks but I haven t noticed any improvements yet I really do hope this works
