I ordered Kegel8 after going to Drs

I ordered Kegel8 after going to Drs with a prolapse they referred me to a gynaecologist which sent me a letter to say that they had a long waiting list I saw this on the internet and although quite expensive I thought I d give it a go I am in to my 5th week and after a slow start using the glide probe slipping out and turning I ordered the comfort probe I am so glad I did as it is as it says so comfortable and easy to use I hope it continues this way I am so glad I bought it so far thank you Kegel8

Team were very helpful when a faulty replacement was delivered and did their best to sort out immediately Extremely grateful not to have had to discuss it with a chat bot

I really struggled with the first probe

I really struggled with the first probe but the description of how it should feel sounded right I ordered the cylindrical probe and this has been so much easier more comfortable and I can really feel the contractions

Needs clearer instruction

Very pleased with results I am getting now but reason for only 4 stars and not five is the information was not so good I only found out I was using the probe upside down when I was looking at the ads to buy a more comfortable one only on there were the instructions on which way up it should be inserted So had a painful week Got there in the end

I have suffered with an overactive bladder for years This product has made a massive difference It is comfortable and easy to use and I noticed a difference within the first couple of weeks I didn t find the instructions very easy to follow However an email was quickly answered I have a few weeks yet to complete the programme but it has already improved my life noticeably

Bought Collagen on buy one get one free giving a 12 month supply however expiry date for both bottles was less than 6 months away Raised with customer service but their initial response was not what I would have expected so I re-explained the issue and was then offered a 50 refund which I am happy with

Kit is well packaged in a neat storage case It includes a very helpful instruction book that explains each programme and week by week progression I am currently using week 3 4 programmes almost every evening but have not yet felt any difference Am prepared to persevere and remain hopeful it will make a difference in time
