Quick efficient delivery Great customer service they allowed me to swap a probe due to it being uncomfortable at no extra charge I really recommend their products if you re suffering from pelvic dysfunction I have noticed a slight improvement in my symptoms just in the fees weeks I ve been using the device Which is amazing hopefully with prolonged use I can avoid surgery

My Kegel8 came very quickly no problems Too early to give feedback on results but the company has made an effort to be of help to me if I have any problems and sent Youtube information so that I use it properly for own particular condition Still ongoing but I have faith that they re there for me if I need them

My favourite hobby of running was ruined post childbirth as my pelvic floor was destroyed however after only a few weeks of having the Kegel8 there has definitely been an improvement Before I couldn t make two miles with leaking today I did 6 miles and was dry Miracle Just need to do it everyday

UPDATE After writing my previous review about not hearing from Kegel8 I found out that they did try to email me back 3 times but for some reason their emails were not reaching me from the uk They suggested I make an appointment with them for a telephone conversation which I did They called me right on time and the lady I spoke with was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had about using the Kegel8 So if someone else doesn t receive answers to their emails you may be having the problem I did - schedule a call with them They send reminders every day and called EXACTLY on time Worst customer service I have ever worked with Have written time and time again with no reply I have questions about how to use this machine and can t get any answers I have sent emails I have sent messages on their website - I have heard nothing back Cannot rate my experience as far as improvement - this is only my second week I can say though this is certainly not a comfortable experience - but if it ends up working it will be worth it

I have had a Kegel8 for 9 years and I will always have one I m 46 now and it has been life changing I first bought one after my second baby as I had internal nerve damage on the left side there was little intimate sensation and I ve never looked back it restored everything I followed the program and now use it as needed I recently lost the back part that holds the battery in I contacted Kegel8 who found a spare one despite the fact they don t make my model anymore and sent it to me free of charge So I can safely say they truly want to help you and their customer service is second to none Thank you Kegel8 I m glad I found you I will be a lifelong customer X

As a young women this experience has been absolutely wonderful I ve had no help from doctors with my condition and this machine has made all the difference And it even came with a free gold probe and cleaning sprays which made it even better I ve used it for around 4 days so far and can feel a small difference already and I ll be back to write another review after 12 weeks

Excellent customer service from buying the kegel8 to aftercare and advice There is always someone to speak to whether it s by Email or chat they are very quick in answering questions or any concerns you may have they don t just ignore you once you ve purchased their products and keep In touch with you all of the time They re an excellent company

I ve been using the Kegel8 for almost 5 weeks now and I m leaking urine less in general I can t say I ve noticed much difference in the bedroom but my husband says he definitely has Very easy to use I tend to go with p03 and p06 every evening Updated 28 Dec 2022 I m not noticing a difference in the bedroom now too- certain positions that had little sensation are starting to get more Very happy
