Only been using for 3 weeks

Only been using for 3 weeks bought for a rectocele problem so hoping it will improve my problem before I have my operation Can say I ve had no miss haps of urine leaks after the first week Only thing that could be improved is the leaflet needs to explain better what each setting is for

Excellent support tram

I have only been using the Kegal 20 for two weeks I wasn t sure if I was doing it correctly so very easily arranged a follow up phone call from the support team I spoke to a lovely young lady called Lauren who explained how to use the probe as well as sending over more illustration guides I am resting my muscles for a few days as advised then will be looking forward to starting the program again Although it is to early to see or feel results yet I have been given the confidence I needed from the Kegal8team that I will get some where with my machine

Amazing customer service

Emma F handled my query and made us smooth and easy throughout My order had been marked as delivered by Royal Mail but I hadn t received it on raising this emma took me through the basic procedures and when it was established that the parcel was missing sent out a replacement straight away One of the most stress free customer services experiences I ve ever had So thank you so much emma

Lauren who called me to advise gave me clear personal advise tailored for my specific issue with no pressure to purchase which I liked The call was brief so didn t take up much of my time but nor was it rushed I would recommend a call prior to purchasing to ensure good advice This was already recommend by a friend I agree its the best way to go

Such a relief to get something really works along with all the help and advice you might need which was not forthcoming from anywhere else I might add I can t bear the thought of incontinence And the very unsexy pants etc

I bought this device to help me with my problem with a cystocele gr2 I asked for help from the site via email and immediately got a response from Emma who helped me a lot I am at the beginning I have no results yet I was recommended exactly as it says in the book for prolapse I had concerns about how much was inserted and I was told that where we feel the cable is outside and gel not to put too much For now I do program 10 for 1 month then I will switch to program 11 I ll be back
