Our experience was disappointing
They quoted and sold us a material in US dollarsThey requested the payment via wire transfer and we did it Then they didn t have the material so they returned the money one month later after several calls and emails from our side The money was returned at the exchange rate sterling pound US on that date and we lost around 200 in this transaction Jeff Tabak Regional Manager of Kempston that is not the way to do a decent and honest business

Poor delivery service
I placed an order over a month ago with Kempston Control the package was entrusted by KEMPSTON to UPS which was supposed to deliver within 5 days It s been over a month now and we still haven t received the package and KEMPSTON doesn t care at all about this serious situation no response to our reminder emails I have never had to deal with a supplier so careless in this kind of situation KEMPSTON I pray you to solve this problem urgently
