Good quality products

I was given great customer service
I was given great customer service A few years ago I bought a carbon fiber tripod from K F that had a problem It was an issue with glue and a carbon fiber rod I put the tripod in a corner and planned to eventually write for a replacement However I waited too long and the warranty expired Recently I finally got around to writing them Even though the warranty was expired they sent a replacement part anyway KentFaith handled the problem immediately and with no questions Next I wrote KentFaith asking for a receipt that I needed for work The next day KentFaith gave me a receipt There was quick turnaround with everything that happened I was and am greatly impressed with the customer service I received

The ND1000000 20-Stop Solid Neutral Density Filter Celestial was exactly what I needed to get the Solar Eclipse this year Even though I wasn t in the 100 Total View the 70 view was still fun to photograph especially with the ND1000000 20 Filter
