The shipment was done rather quickly except for one of the products which took a very long time to be sent because it was out of stock The products purchased seem to be of very good quality and in any case well beyond what I expected I had questions about one of the products and as part of my impatience at not being delivered on time for the out of stock product I must recognize that customer service responded to me each time with efficiency and patience So i am definitively pIeased and i will be back soon for more buying

I m really impressed with the Ulanzi camera bag and quick-release kit The camera bag is of excellent quality spacious and well-padded to protect my equipment The quick-release kit is incredibly efficient allowing me to mount and detach the camera quickly and securely Both products are made of high-quality materials that feel durable and reliable The only issue I faced was with the shipping logistics it took longer than expected and the packages didn t arrive at the same time However I understand that this was not Ulanzi s fault but rather an issue with the shipping provider Overall I m very happy with the products and would definitely recommend them to other photographers and videographers

Ulanzi F38 Quick Release Travel Tripod

I bought an Ulanzi tripod model F38 Quick Release Travel Tripod over a year ago and was pretty happy with it until a small plastic part broke recently Even though most of the tripod is made of carbon fiber and metal this part is made of plastic and more susceptible to break That basically rendered the center column unusable I contacted Ulanzi s customer service and they were quite responsive in diagnosing the problem sending replacement parts and so on until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction I commend them on such a good experience
