SCAMMMMM SCAMMMM never again They will trick you to sign up and when you cancel before the 30 days Charges will continue to come Like that stupid Daily Essentials vitamin I canceled it 3 days before the deadline and they said you only canceled the automatic shipment So we have the right to cont charging you 59 95 every month even though there s no products in the mail YOU CAN KEEP THE 200 you scammed me and hope your company burns down into ashes I so believe in KARMA I refuse supporting companies that provides false advertisements to consumers like myself To top it off i payed 17 to mail the products back and they also deducted 10 for the shipping

They have the worst customer service They are not professional and do not even send up follow up invoices and just charge my credit card Their online website does not even have ways you can manage your account or see any charges I had contacted their customer service multiple times and never received a follow up response email so I had to call and wait I had tried their vitamin products and it only made my hair fall out terribly in clumps Then the customer service agent says that is how I know the product is working Okay Thank you for the complete reverse effect of why I purchased your product Charging my card without even sending any invoice or notice SCAMMERS

HORRIBLE Company I gave these products a fair shot and tried to cancel Non-English speaking customer service person offered a 50 discount to keep trying the product Besides not actually doing what they promise they charge you multiple times claiming you owe for the first half then the second half then again over and over I cancelled my auto pay in hopes they d discontinue shipping and charging me only to be told that no I still owed for the second half of an order from October My records say they charged me on November 29 then I got yet another bill in the mail I ONLY paid the mailed invoice in an attempt to keep this shady company from ruining my credit over 57 dollars even though I d already paid it These are expensive products that do not work they only make what hair you DO have greasy Buyer beware

Unbelievable scam So mad I opted for the free 30 day supply for the shipping cost of 10 78 Don t believe it when they say free upgrade to 90 day supply because they will be wanting another 107 I would have never upgraded if I knew and they don t take returns so I m counting on it to work or counting on the 120 day money back guarantee

They have charged my account twice since I ordered their hair product I had emailed them and told them I was no longer interested in their hair product I want to return the product unopened Meanwhile they sent another order and charged my credit card I called customer service and explained I want to return to sender both orders and neither packaged opened Well can t return in this manner Customer service was rather contrary and rude in tone and behavior I do not recommend this company I wish I had looked into their online history reviews before ordering If I had I would never had ordered it Finished with this company I hope my trial subscription was cancelled as promised

I subscribed to KERATINIQUE about 6 months ago I received the product and haven t seen a big difference for my hair so I unsubscribed by calling to their customer service But though I canceled my subscription they continue to sent me their products and charged my card Last customer support I was trying to explain the situation just hang up Never connect with this company Have to change my card Horrible experience

Keranique is such a ripoff Go to CVS Walmart Target Walgreens and simply buy minoxidil They charged me close to 200 00 for three small bottles of minoxidil and a mini shampoo and conditioner They break down the payments so you do not realize how much they are charging you DO NOT BUY Also I only purchased the trial and requested they not send me anymore product but of course they ship you product anyway and then bill you

I ordered the KereViatin from Keranique for 10 I just wanted to try the vitamins As soon as I hit ENTER to order the vitamins I received an email stating that I has signed up for a 90 day subscription of vitamins I tried to cancel and the customer service person said that I still had to pay 105 for the vitamins What happened to the full money back guarantee I m writing this to warn others DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE This is deceptive advertising I plan on contacting the State Attorney s office as well as the Better Business Bureau
