My husband wore it faithfully and we complied with the requirements to register and use it for 7 months In the end he was not happy and he saw no improvement He insisted upon returning the product They just now sent me a notice of refund So disappointing the refund amount It is 8 yes eight percent of the original purchase price This company cannot be trusted to follow through in good faith with their money back guarantee It is my understanding now that the only item that was covered was the cap itself even though they made us send back every item in the kit but the shampoo which was used up by this time anyway I would tell anyone who is thinking of purchasing this item from Kiierr to run away and throw your money away somewhere else Wish I could give it 0 stars and warn everyone Waste of time and money UPDATE They have contacted me and have now said that the refund will be closer to the amount we were expecting therefore I have to edit this review in any case we are not happy with the incredibly confusing and detailed refund policy as well as their arcane stipulations for return are egregious to say the least I suspected the worst and it sure looked like that to me

Wore this once and the device has a defect Yes it was defective because the manual that came with it said it had an auto shut-off They can t even send their customer s the right manual with their over priced helmets I never received the storage case that it said it came with The defect hurt my eye The cap is supposed to turn off when you remove it from your head It does not I took it off to use the bathroom and looked to see if the cap lights were off and got blasted in my eye with sharp light I am returning this cap immediately Their customer service can only be done by email I have to see an eye doctor now for my left eye that is very painful

Its a scam company I think lazer caps work but definitely not rom this company Guys please dont buy from this company beware or you lose money just a waste I got the Premier 272 lazer cap been 8 months no result just a waste when tried to return they have a user fooling policy that to return within 210 to 240 days This is because they want know customers will not keep track of their scam policy they just denied the return any one can guide how to file claim complaint in consumer court such a scam and wasted the money
