Lots of motivational emails and videos to keep you focused on achieving your goals Trust the recipes some seem odd combinations of ingredients but they are full of flavour and taste amazing

Starting Keto

I LOVE the meals and their prep guidelines I also like that I can change it or eat according to what I have in my fridge and pantry The app helps me to focus and to make sure I do not skip meals and focus on what I can eat and not what I cannot eat It would be nice if I can connect my Garmin app to the Keto Cycle app since I do not always carry my phone everywhere during the day My Health App updates according to my Garmin every day but on days I don t sync it it only uses the steps on my Health app I like being able to update all meals in one go especially on days that I do intermittent fasting It would be great to have an option for that on the app as well

It can be tough but it works

I love the app - very informative and by keeping record I am motivated and can keep an eye on my history Would like to see the breath test measuring as an option

I love this program It takes the guess work out with easy delicious and quick recipes and a customized graph to keep you on track My blood pressure was out of control before this Two medications were not enough and after being in the hospital the second time my PCP recommended this program Now my pressure is lower than it has been in years

I love the simply quick and recipe variety The shopping list is categorized by grocery store sections-which is so helpful The app is straight forward and very easy to navigate Everything is there in one place meal log water log step log weight log and ketosis level log

EASY and TASTY

I couldn t be more surprised and pleased with this program I lost 10lbs the first week which in itself was encouraging enough to keep going On a plateau right now but I m not worried it s only temporary I m also VERY happy with the recipes- initially I thought What All this work for a tiny bit of food-no way I m going to do this BUT The ingredients were so normal I had just about everything on hand and every one I tried was DELICIOUS Oh my-now I love being able to pick and try what I want every day Thanks for helping me get a great start on this not-so-long road ahead

I ve actually lost 10 pounds in just two weeks I didn t think it was possible but it s true It s hard to stick to the portion sizes sometimes but it s totally worth it UPDATE I didn t lose any weight the 3rd week in fact I went up 2 lbs which was disappointing but after the 4th week I d lost a few more pounds I do feel better though and my clothes are fitting much more comfortably So that rapid weight loss has slowed so now I guess I just need to be more patient

Great app Various menu suggestions Calculates your macros so nu fuzz A lot of variety in meals you can select what ingredients you like and gives you a shopping list for the upcoming week I m using it now for two weeks and I m really happy with it

The live chat and responsiveness has made the difference for me I feel supported This is like the Goldilocks of apps too not too much not too little I love being able to easily look up ingredients and being able to scan barcodes easily It fits my need for flexibility while also staying on track

Although I don t follow every single recipe every single day this app has helped me to understand keto and how it works for my body In the first 7 days I lost 4 8 lbs which showed me how well keto works for me So even if you don t follow every single meal plan there are lots of keto recipes available elsewhere this is definitely motivation to stay on track
