Friendly and efficient experience from start to finish

The key safe was delivered within 24 hours of ordering it on line Fitting the safe was simple because it was replacing one previously fitted That safe was in situ when we bought the property However no code was available from the previous owner agents or solicitor Over 4 years since moving in I have attempted to enter hundreds if not thousands of possible codes which might have been associated with the previous occupier I have search on line using sure fire ways of finding the correct combination Not a chance Finally in preparation for repainting the external render I decided to remove the safe without damaging the render Using a variety of power tools I eventually got it open after a couple of hours of drilling and cutting not an exaggeration Only from that point could I remove the 4 fixing bolts with a specialist bit On that basis the only possible replacement was the one I had struggled with for the last 4 years Great product thank you

A great product

I purchased the key safe on behave of my elderly mother Jamie who took my order over the phone was friendly and helpful The product was delivered the next day and although they said installation could take up to 7 days it was all done 2 days later The gentleman who installed the Keysafe was very friendly and efficient He also spent some time explaining the workings of the safe and how to set it up etc EXCELLENT

A great product The keysafe arrived next day as promised and is the secure solid well made item I was expecting Very easy to fit with clear instructions template and bolts provided to fix to brickwork - glad I read these first so that I had the correct size drill bit which looked surprisingly small and torx driver with me

So pleased I bought another one

Would have liked more info on the keyring as I have no idea what it is for I have an older version of the safe and it is excellent

Great product service at a fair price

Already bought one previously I needed another and it was the obvious choice Good service and excellent product BUT the fitting kit drill wore out on the second hole fortunately I had a previously used one that did the job

Ark Tamo - The Best There Is

An excellent quality and well thought out wall mounted key safe They are not cheap however they represent excellent value for money when compared to other key safes made by the more mainstream manufactures I purchased the Ark Tamo Maximum Security version and it arrived with a broken plastic cover I contacted customer service via email to ask for a replacement and supplied an image of the hinge damage which looked to have been caused whilst in transit A new cover arrived the next day which is really impressive customer service I would highly recommend this product and this company
