Poor service and doesn t work

Unfortunately this did not work for me I felt it was a waste of money and I am trying to contact customer services but for some reason my message will not go through Yes initially to sign you up they have someone to liaise with you but after 3 emails of contact she didn t respond to my message and before this there was no activity despite her saying she would try a more aggressive approach to get followers In fact I have less than I normally do and less likes and comments

Very overpriced works a little then issue after issue

I gave it time to get started and it seemed to work well then after adding a second account it started to slow and not work and encounter issues I would not recommend using this replies from the help desk seem to be very copy paste I recommend trying another service or working on it yourself this is very over priced

I am giving 2 stars as they actually do reply when you contact them otherwise I would be giving them one star I have a very active current regularly updated Instagram page and have received very few followers from them even with the premium account When I first contacted them that their website wasnt doing anything I was given a 1 2 month credit which was how long it hadn t been working When I contacted them a few days later to tell them again it still wasn t working they put me onto their sister account which is a manual growth So at this point I received a 1 2 month credit but ended up with 1 week of them working my account for 100 At this point I thought It had to get better I was wrong I had very little growth with them and I contacted them to cancel I was informed I needed to go on the website and cancel I thought I had cancelled until I received the next bill I had no idea it was still running as nothing was happening on my account I have tried to get a refund for the last month and was informed that because I received a whopping 43 new followers this month the average account is supposed to receive 300 a month that I would not receive a refund I can guarantee that the 43 I did get were mostly from me as I had been running ads and also been doing give aways for the release of a new song Total scam and a waste of 400 Would have been way better spend running ads Update account is official rayne music gmail

Negative experience

I ve got not a single follower from them for 5 days So I cancelled the account and asked for the refund Will see if they process it UPDATEAdded one more star for the refund processed

I have not been treated well

I had a lot of expectations for this Service but I ended being disappointed Their dashboard never worked properly and I had many issues adding targets by myself What is truly unbelievable is that despite having already paid for the whole month of February a few days ago all of a sudden I have been denied access to my dashboard just because I have decided not to renew my subscription for the month of March I have outlined to their customer service that I should be allowed to use my account at least until the end of the period that has been paid already and they are still denying access to it Lastly I suspect that they have already stopped doing any activity for me despite the whole month has been paid already Bad

Mixed feelings

My experience with Kicksta was mixed Was facing a lot of issues lot of bugs lot of server problems It took a week to set up our account - followed by issues again I m sure that their service works well after solving all problems and issues but for me it all just took too long and too much time from my side since I had to contact the customer service nearly every day Their customer support is very nice though they offered refunds for the lost time Though I decided to cancel my subscription got a refund easy and quick

Waste of time and money indeed

Waste of time and money indeed I had to experience it for myself which well concluded exactly that I signed up for the basic account and maybe they worked better if you paid more for it I wasn t about to risk that though Also there s a lot of calibration to work out on your own such as adding tags which I still don t understand how they were integrated from what they displayed on the dashboard Mine was broken for a while and so was eventually offered a 10 credit but only after i had written that nothing was happening SO yeh if you want to waste some time and money go for it

Save Yourself The Hassle

I used the service for a few months with decent results and then all of a sudden I was unable to edit my targets The Kicksta team offered some suggestions and when they did not fix my problem they offered no further help to reach a resolution I will be moving my business to a competitor if it is not resolved today ETA The issue has been being worked on for a week now and I ve received a 20 discount

I m giving 2 stars because their customer service is excellent The actual product is complete rubbish After a week on the top level plan they had only logged in once Literally zero engagement or any effort on their part I complained after 4 days and was told it was a technical issue and would be immediately fixed After another 3 days of nothing I cancelled it I await to see if they will actually issue a refund
