Zero results in first 2 weeks They do have excellent customer service who assure me I will start to see results soon 99 for 30 days half my investment is gone

It seemed as if this is not run on an algorithm but someone perhaps making the likes manually After 3 months of subscription it was making 10-15 likes a day and the argument that that they need to start slow to avoid a ban doesn t hold up I wrote to complain about this and although without a reply there seemed to be a response The amount of likes almost immediately went up but not significantly Obviously it made no impact on my account but the UI of the site app is good Contrary to other reviews there is a cancel option and an offer to keep the service running until the billing cycle is over 2 stars for this and maybe it will have an impact for someone else Paying 50 p m for the amount of likes I d naturally leave after 10 minutes browsing is frankly ridiculous

Nothing but problems

On sign up I was charged double and my account wasn t working The double charge was rectified quickly however not the activation of my account It took 12 days to get it working but once it was working I was pleased with the results However after another 15 days despite my account being cancelled for future months that they cancelled mid month - I was again invoiced for the service that wasn t working I contacted them again to have it rectified but the customer support is rubbish It gets hand balled to different departments and you go around in circles wasting so much time The only reason I give 2 stars and not 1 is that whilst it was working it was good

I ve had Kicksta for about 6 months or so now I haven t seen much growth from the tactics Kicksta has in place for the price I opted for the 99 month plan Their tactic is to like photos of followers from accounts that have an audience you would like to target You come up with the accounts you would like to target which is fine If I was able to include hashtags along with accounts to get more specific with the type of people I am targeting I think it would have produced better results Hashtags are so specific and can really target the right audience I m looking to like my brand Not for me Excited to spend this money elsewhere

Automation service doesn t work

The automation service doesn t work They did offer me one month free when I complained about the system not working an additional star for that but eventually I had to cancel anyway as nothing happened for almost two weeks

Kicksta managed to like a whole ton of female selfies And then Instagram blocked me from interacting with content because of irregular activity on my account Not ideal and very unprofessional Liking twerking videos on my behalf Come on

Disappointing

I chose the maximum plan and ONLY gained 20 followers which idk even came from the program itself My IG analytics say I only get 15 visitors to my account each day while on the program The 14 day money back guarantee is wayyy too short cuz it takes 3 days for the account to activate When I talk to customer support their like bE pAtieNt it s oRgAniC growth If I am paying 100 I want some sort of guarantee or at least a longer money back guarantee Why do they expect me to trust them when they done nothing for me to believe that this program works Seems like a scam

Be careful

Stay far away from these guys We cancelled our subscription this summer and they have continued to charge us 3 months after cancelling They have refunded us but only after emailing them 3 months in a row to get the payments reversed each time We are in Canada Our bank keeps hitting us with currency exchange fees which we can t get back and Kicksta won t take responsibility for those fees We re out about 10 due to their continued debits If we get charged a 4th month in a row we will be getting visa involved Nobody at Kicksta will or can explain why it keeps happening

Hey Kicksta I had a great first 2 - 3 months with your service When my account switched to a different person managing my interactions it became wildly inconsistent I ll get a significant amount of following on one day of the week and then the rest of the week I will get maybe 5 or even lose a few It has become very frustrating seeing such inconsistent results when I am making consistent payments Every month since the first few have been increasingly more disappointing and I feel I am near canceling my service

Kept getting my account frozen

I tried using Kicksta for a month Got a few follows initially but then nothing they kept getting locked out of my account trying to get back in and then Insta would freeze my account temporarily which made it quite difficult to run a successful instagram campaign In the end I decided to just cancel the Kicksta account and do it the good old fashioned way Customer service staff were always nice but it s annoying when you are trying to build an Instagram brand and keep getting cut off from your account Also the Kicksta user interface is quite poor
