Awful customer service

Tried contacting through messenger about a dress I would like to purchase and ask information but after 8 sent messages that was being read and ignored I ve had to go elsewhere for a wedding dress which I really didn t want to do as I fell in love with one of their designs absolutely gutted and very poor customer service
