Bad service and quality

Been some time since i purchased the product but i ll write my reviewOrdered these as i first thought they were good quality spoiler they are not So that makes them way overpriced The case feels and looks flimsy I was also supposed to get a tool included in the kit which i didn t get so i reached out to them Still to this day i haven t gotten a response Only good thing is that they look cool So yeah Don t buy anything from this company if you wanna feel like your money was well spent

So I paid around 35 for these sunglasses Waited a full 3 weeks to get them The best I can say about them is that they actually came I m baffled I didn t know that you can use this cheap of plastic on stuff that people are supposed to actually wear These are the definition of crap I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought them They definitely spent more money on the cheap case I didn t expect a lot for the money but there aren t 3 00 gas station sunglasses that are made worse Please do yourself a favor and buy them ANYWHERE else but here

Non- existent customer service

I m only giving one star because it s impossible to leave a zero star rating but that is what is deserved based on my experience I ordered a pair of sunglasses in January and all seemed fine- the order was confirmed and payment taken I received confirmation a few days later that the goods had been dispatched but that s the last I ve heard I ve contacted them several times since to request my glasses and had no response It seems from other reviews posted here that this is very common although all the reviews on the company s own webstite are very positive As another reviewer has suggested perhaps this is because KingSeven are in the habit of not authorising negative reviews It s possible of course that this is a genuine error In which case I m sure KingSeven will contact me with a refund and apologise for their mistake If this happens I will update my review otherwise I suggest avoiding this company there are plenty of alternatives

Purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses it took two weeks for them to arrive They are gas station quality Tried to send them back to China but the cost was 67 for UPS and tariff fees Buyer beware Website does not advertise from China

Broken sunglasses

Bought sunglasses in May now broken have sent Five emails over the last week asking for a refund NO RESPONSE absolutely not recommended

Edited Can t give them a zero Initially really nice experience Packaging is nice product looks and feels good Then after a few weeks the coatings start to rub off the lenses on these very expensive sunglasses They won t refund because it s more than a month I consider them faulty Avoid Since posting this I ve tried posting a product review also one star it came up as needing approval - they haven t approved it Then I noticed that all products only have 5 star reviews What a surprise Complete con

Customer Service Sucks

Glasses seem fine but the lenses are too big for my face I contacted them for refund or exchange through their easy to use refund page and got no response Absolutely don t buy from this company
