Under no circumstances should you shop here I placed an order for almost 200 euros That was almost 2 months ago I haven t received anything yet Not even a consignment number or anything else I have written to SevenHeaven on Instagram 5 times now and each time I have been assured that it will be shipped in 3 days That never happened In other words I was simply lied to several times Each time they say that the product is sold out The worst thing about it is that if you go to the website and put the exact same items in your shopping cart again and want to buy them then of course you can How can that be It also says on the website that shipping takes 3-5 days Are you kidding me And no I don t want to cancel my purchase after 2 months and have waited for nothing I finally want the damn goods

The quality changed

1 year ago it was the best brand for blanks But now the quality is worse than before Not 420 gsm anymore less weight and you can feel that there is less material I compared the old and the new one No metal badge anymore Higher price I am sad

Good clothes terrible logistics

I ordered from here about one month ago The website states it takes up to 10 business days to ship In my previous orders I ordered from there three times before that was kind of true but for this order absolutely not They have good clothes but terrible logistics Now they re saying my ALREADY ordered pieces were out of stock how can that happen Unfortunately they ve lost me as a customer as long as they have such bad service

Delivery Issues and Poor Support

I placed an order 26 days ago and was promised a delivery in 5-10 working days I have yet to receive my package or a shipment confirmation Customer support continuously shifts back thr expected delivery by 2-5 days every time I reach out and ask about the status of my order If you want your goods in a timely manner go somewhere else

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding the significant delay in the delivery of my order which I placed on the 19th of August over one and a half months ago Despite multiple follow-ups via email I have repeatedly been assured that the delivery was imminent with promises of shipment within the next few days or receipt within 1-2 days Yet here I am still waiting At this point I have endured such an extended delay that my resolve has shifted from merely expecting timely service to demanding that my order be fulfilled without any further excuses I have been exceedingly patient throughout this ordeal but that patience has its limits I must insist that they must either expedite the immediate shipment of my order or provide a clear and definitive explanation for the ongoing delay Their prompt attention to this matter is not only appreciated but required as this level of service falls drastically short of any acceptable standard I expect a swift resolution

This is literally the worst customer experience I ever had Firstly I waited 3 weeks on my packageSecondly I ordered 2 hoodies 2 joggers and 2 shirts What did I get Only 2 shirts after three weeks What the hell

Not gonna order again sadly

I ordered at the end of October They already advertised that shipping would take up to a week which I was fine with I waited a whole month forgot I ordered until I contacted the support team via email asking where my order was and why it took so long They told me that something in the system didn t go through and that some of my items were out of stock - when checking online the said items were not out of stock - but I immediately got a refund of the items which were out of stock They told me that the order would be shipped within the next 3 days and consoled me with a gift code My order did not leave the warehouse in the next 3 days as I did not get a tracking number I received my tracking code almost another whole month later in mid December mind you I ordered back at the end of October Fast forward I returned some of the items because the fit wasn t as I liked it to be and I am awaiting my refund until now it s February It s quite sad since I really like the quality of their items and it s a bargain for the price but I probably wont order again due to my experience
