No call back or update after months

They called me over 3 months ago regarding a possible claim I had filled out their form as requested and was told someone would be in contact within a few weeks once they had confirmed my previous finances with the relevant motor companies still havent heard back from them and no one has returned my calls despite leaving them a number of voice messages Not looking good so far Disappointed with the service

Shady contact stating signatures don t match

I have never been in touch with this solicitors regarding PCP I have now received a few emails and text stating my signatures are mismatched - I have never signed anything for them I contacted MSE who have said not to give out any details - they charge a shocking fee for a process which is free of charge otherwise Shady

Called up following on from an enquiry I made on Facebook Spoke to Fahad who was extremely helpful and explained what the process was and sent me my logins for my portal so can keep updated from there Highly recommend

I had a claim elsewhere for the last 6 months and I have been through hell Today I signed up with kingsnorth solicitors and they were very helpful and professional The lady I spoke to took all the details she needed and my Claims were all put in straightaway They gave me access to a online portal where I can check the progress of my claim how amazing is that I recommend these guys to every one

When I phoned and spoke to Fahad this morning to confirm information I had uploaded the previous evening He was very courteous and helpful with my claims and took his time to explain the process and timescales involved I was very impressed overall with the process
