My experience is exceptionally good

I needed a new battery for my Watchman oil tank sensor I asked different companies if they had any all came back negative most telling me only that I needed to buy a new unit James Clarke from Kingspan was the only one to ask for a photo to ascertain battery type He then said they were not made anymore but I could try to open the tube and change the batteries If that did not work it would be a new unit He helped me to locate the tube and hey presto new batteries did the trick A big thanks

Quality products good customer service

Recently moved in to a new to us house with a Kingspan HW Cylinder which we have never seen the likes of before There has been a whirring sound like tinitus coming from the loft for 98 of the time This has caused a number of disturbed sleepless nights Took a while but with difficulty located the noise to be coming from cylinder area We called the company and promptly received a call from Patrick who was extremely patient and helpful It took about half an hour for him to ask questions of us mortals and describing so many parts or bits for us to describe to him and he finally diagnosed the problem The pump setting was unnecessarily high and had been originally installed in a silly position which made it difficult to turn down The moment we turned it down the noise stopped Patrick was so helpful and we were so grateful We will sleep well tonight We cannot praise him and the company enough especially as we had problems with our hob from another manufacturer GORENJI who were not only unhelpful but wanted 299 to come and look at it This cost nothing but time Thank you Kingspan and Patrick

Great service

Living in an eco house I had a Kingspan biodigester installed I cannot commend Kingspan enough for the quality of service received After problems on Christmas Day I sent an email not expecting a reply until the New Year and received a response from Jamie Fisher Service Engineering Manager that day yes on Christmas Day Well that in itself was a miracle but it only got better and better Jamie organised a repair Sam came and was delightful but because he didn t have the full complement of parts I ll have another visit No problem Kingspan is always welcome here thanks to the extraordinarily high level of service I received

Unvented cylinder failure

My 12 year old unvented cylinder started leaking from the Emerson seal I contacted Kingspan who could not have been more helpful Once I had submitted the annual service schedule they arranged for an engineer to call within 2 days They agreed to replace the faulty cylinder and a week later it was done Amazing service at all stages

Fantastic Service

We can not fault Kingspan the whole experience from reporting the issue to having an engineer inspect and then replace the cylinder has been totally painless and quick The communication between all has been exceptional If only all companies were this efficient life would be so much less stressful

I have just been on the phone to the Kingspan technical customer service team about an overflow problem Kerry the agent I spoke to was extremely helpful and a delight to deal with She then put me through to Patrick in the technical team who was again really helpful

Unvented cylinder annual service engineer GREAT

I had an annual service engineer Kevin come around to my new build property to perform an annual service check on my Kingspan unvented water cylinder and he done an excellent jobCame to our residence at 9AM which was the ETA 9-12 and fully reported everything for us to receive an annual service report at the end emailed to us by the accounts team He had great respect for our property and was kind plus enthusiasticThe scheduling team and accounts team also organised everything very quickly and efficiently which was really good I hope their great servicing continues to improve

Good product Good customer service

I have bought a polycarbonate sheet on 30th of December It arrived a bit late as the delivery company didn t found me at home but after the sheet went back to Kingspan they called me and Steve went above and beyond to get my product delivered on the agreed time a week later than what Kingspan offered to do as I couldn t receive any deliveries due to a change in my schedule I also got a call from them to ensure that the delivery got on time to me and that the product had no damages 5 stars well deserved I wish I could had rated their customer service higher The over-all experience was so good that when I saw the reviews below made me check twice if I m giving the review to the right company Thank you Steve and Kingspan
