Whoever put me on their family account

Whoever put me on their family account for Nintendo Switch Online removed me and processed the refund without giving me any warning quite frustrating

Can definitely be better

Customer service is not 24 7 they have an automatic system that randomly puts orders on hold all the time and when payments fail it still charges your card first

Buying multiple copies for friends and

Buying multiple copies for friends and family creates issues When I purchased two copies things were fine but on two different transactions As soon as I went to purchase additional copies for my wife and children EVERY order of the software became on hold preventing me from enjoying time with family The first hold was almost 24 hours I requested during that time that I be able to purchase up to 8 copies as I routinely play with a group of up to 8 persons and may need to purchase in the future This was not adhered to and my next order was assured that there were no flags on my account I ordered another copy and sure enough the purchase was on hold I am currently seeking another service to evaluate and confirm their service where I will likely look to discontinue using this service Having to wait more than 24 hours to play with family and friends is unacceptable Update after the reply below They say it is a 1 time verification but my 2nd order as indicated in my review AFTER indicating I have multiple persons in my house was still held pending verification It is not a 1 time deal EVERY order you may place after may be held pending manual review which delays your enjoyment if you want to play with family and friends This had not been addressedband my verification had zero to do with payment and everything to do with making sure I was not a reseller or encouraging me to sign up for the reseller program if I was - hence likely looking for more in the transactions I am not - I simply want to get good deals on games and play with family friends

Kinguin seller redeemed my unsused keys customer support refused full refund

Kinguin tries to find a balance between its sellers and his customers unfortunately most of the time this balance benefits the kinguin sellers at 27 12 22 got from kinguin a banch of xbox gamepass monthly key codes i have used most of them and left two of them for later today i found out that those two keys were used probably by the seller or his key providers So i have contacted kinguin support to resolve the matter and have refunded me one of the two key codes for the other key they dragged me in a lengthy conversation with them that lasted for days only to deny my claim saying i was the one who redeemed the key because the redemption happened after the purchase Well lesson learned don t stock up on keys since the sellers have access to the sold keys and can redeem them anytime i will keep buying from kinguin but support is a joke there still like the penguin though

No Key Received Awaiting Refund Poor Communication

3rd time using Kinguin - another negative experience Never again Another key that s not working - this time it s been returned and thus I cannot redeem Very sparse communication from seller whom I asked 3 times for another key - only to be asked Do you want another key Obviously didn t have a key at the price I paid for as suddenly COD MW3 went up 25 and was buying time Rude response and acting stupid Only once I escalated to Kinguin did he reply with some form of an acknowledgement - although still waiting for my money back Update - money received Still wouldn t recommend
