As part of the Commercial property Masterclass we had a fancy meal included It was a chance to meet fellow coursemates but more importantly connect with Kirsty s handpicked professionals from the commercial world There were valuers surveyors mortgage specialists solicitors and even her builder This wasn t some large gathering but rather a handful of investors The ratio was almost 1 1 You got time to meet and ask them any questions and then they moved about during the meal between courses At the end of the meal there was an open forum and each professional gave their opinion on the state of the market and took questions This was intimate networking and knowledge sharing on a scale not normally carried out The food was pretty good too however it was the company that really made the difference All the professionals were really open and willing to talk with the attendees no matter their level of experience in the market Would love to do this again heck yeah
