Dont do it

Item took forever to arrive and when it did it was the wrong size and made poorly I ve also tried contacting them on numerous occasions and have gotten no response Waste of money and time

Don t bother

I ordered 4 dresses in a small when they arrived they were all very cheaply made and did not fit me Returning the items has been a grueling month long process I had to send multiple emails to receive a response I have decided to keep one dress that did not fit because it was going to cost me 60 dollars to ship it to China There is one item that was a shirt when I ordered a dress they are still refusing to give me a free return on an item they incorrectly sent me This is a terrible cheap site you ll be lucky to find an item you like I will say that out of the 4 dresses one of them wasn t too small but it was a maxi dress so it s not hard to mess that one up

Never again

Sizes run small Return policy is too difficult to navigate Clothing quality is unimpressive Will never buy from this company ever again

The tracking number doesn t work it doesn t show where your items are I ve emailed them asking for an ETA on my order and I did not get a response It s been almost a month since they told me it s on the way but they say they are in Florida I really hope they did not just take my money and run I will file a Better Business Bureau complaint to get my money back if I do not get my order

IF I COULD GIVE THIS STORE 0 STARS I WOULD COMPLETELY HORRIBLE My package was shipped to the completely wrong address and I have emailed them 7 times about the missing package with screenshots of where the package was delivered and everything asking for some type of help whether it be a refund or shipping out a new item They haven t even responded to me WHAT A JOKE THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE

Never will I buy from here again The item I bought was insanely small and did not meet the measurements at all It also was a completely different colour than the picture and looked like an almost different item It took them a while to respond to my emails and were not happy to help me

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a dress in September promised it would be delivered 10 11 it is now 11 2 and I have yet to receive it They will not answer emails and keep your money without issuing a credit They sent a bogus tracking number and will not return emails either SCAM

Shipping speed is slow Takes over a month and still have not received item Customer service could not provide any details of when the package will be delivered You are better off finding a different boutique to buy from Good luck UPDATE The company responded and did not answer specifically on when the package will be here The carrier is USPS The carrier is awaiting the item before they will ship The company asked that I contact them before posting a review which I did The order was placed on 5 8 I contacted the company on 5 28 and again on 6 8 To your future customers this company is not customer service oriented Buyer beware Do not waste your time or money on this site This seems like a scam

I placed my order on June 6th

I placed my order on June 6th It is now July 15th and I have not received my complete order I received part of my order last week This is a bad customer service experience with absolutely no correspondence regarding the lengthy delivery time I am going to be returning the dress that I received last week waiting on the bralette I ordered to see if I like that before I try to contact them to begin the return process Crossing my fingers that the return process is not as lengthy as their 6 weeks for delivery I will not be ordering for this website again
