GREAT bags
The bag is great - the third I ve ordered as I ve been trying different sizes For me the medium Knack 2 is right though I wish it was a wee bit larger The large is too big I m female 5 3 it feels like it s half my size I also tried the duffle A little too big and less functionality If I could afford it I d keep all three because they re great bags packs But I m going to stick with the medium Customer service on my previous return was great Will be returning for the last time though I ll keep an eye on these in case there s a variation in the future that meets my needs

Great useful bag Knack responded quickly to my question Shipped bag promptly Large pack is very professional well thought out and well made Landed in NYC and went directly to restaurant who didn t know it was a suitcase Then carried 7 miles in wind and rain to Airbnb my son s idea The bag paid for itself on the first day of use

Great product I initially bought the series 1 medium backpack and it is a great product but I found the series 2 design features to be more suited to what I was looking for so I exchanged the series 1 medium for the series 2 large and paid the difference The exchange process was quick and easy Overall great product and awesome service Definitely worth the cost
