not the right fit

received my first order Ordered my correct size but all 3 panties are very low rise not my style cancelled today

It s ok for the price

It s ok for the price and the items are cute but the sizing is inconsistent The orange knickers from the spooky trio are doubled up material so it s more of a wear around the house type of item If you like lace you re probably going to enjoy this subscription Unsubscribing was a bit hard to find but not impossible and actually very simple once you learn to navigate the site You also can just as easily reactivate your subscription if you change your mind It took one day longer than the window they gave me for my items to arrive but I ve had to wait triple that for orders elsewhere so it s to be expected during the pandemic It wasn t for me but I can see it being fun for someone else

Cute Sexy but Sizing is everywhere

Don t get me wrong Their stuff is SUPER cute and can be sexy at times but but the sizing is all over the place Like I put my size as Large by following their size guide im between a US size medium and large Got my first shipment and it was a bit tight so I sized up Thought it was a simple sizing error understandable stuff happens just like any clothing brand But then I kept getting mediums and smalls and Larges and very few XL s in the packages even though on my account it shows XL as my size I feel like it s partly my fault because i never contacted customer service about it and i probably should and i might soon But the sizing is all over the place I can fit into some types of mediums some types of large s but some styles of the XL s won t even fit sometimes its crazy The thongs can be super stretchy but sometimes the granny panties i need for aunt flow come in as the wrong size and they re not a stretchy fabric and it s just Either the material stretches or it won t even budge I wanted to love this company but idk man If you re petite it could work but I m curvy and I ve been wanting to find a good underwear company that has sexy stuff but this is like decent It s not the best but it s not terrible If I contact customer service and maybe they issue me a refund for all the panties they sent me the wrong size for I ll be happy But personally it s 4 a month I m not spending a crazy amount ya know I understand some people need that money but I m fortunate enough to be able to have the subscription I just wish the sizes were accurate lol

Better than most but still not great

I guess I must have gotten slightly lucky with my order as I m now reading all the awful reviews First off I ve only ordered once for their Halloween line cute themed undwear for about 35 bucks plus a pj set The material all seem fine and soft I actually haven t been able to wear them yet due to shark week but they all seem fine However I had two issues with my order the first being the packaging mine was ripped open Its literally paper It doesn t come in those hard to rip bubble packaging no it literally comes in a white paper package that was easily ripped open Very lucky everything was still inside And two the pajama set I got was an XL you can t go higher than this Now I m a Size 38D and I ve worn xls all my life but the top to the ghost pajamas is skin tight It fits me more like a large than any XL I ve ever worn I can t even do the boob thing where you can put fabric under your boobs for comfort their sizing is off At this point thats all I have for issues hopefully the panties work out but they really need to get better sizing and packaging

Would like to be able to correct the size

Decided to go for it Bought the Midnight Bloom set and a lounge robe Followed the sizing charts for each item Bra is way too big around the ribcage - beyond unwearable Panties are perfect These items are both nicely made and I would theoretically purchase again Just a bit sad I cannot exchange an unused item for the correct size The lounge robe I would not buy again Definitely a you-get-what-you-pay-for item

For the most part I loved the boxers I ordered The band is a bit wide on them but who wants underwear you can t dry I ordered a bra and knew just looking at it the sizing was off I have contacted them to see what they say So we will see how the return process is Update I was offered to return the bra but decided to give it to my sister I don t know my reference number for my order so they are telling me they will remove my comment who keeps the reference number once you get you stuff certainly not me I did contact the company and here is my reference number 2028218
