Kaiser has the worst customer service

Kaiser has the worst customer service been with them two years and seen a new doctor each time so any issues I had never been resolved They are horrible or maybe just the cascade rd location

Kaiser is Declining rapidly

30 years with Kaiser was admitted the beginning of 2020 for 3 days and was given an antibiotic that poisoned me a black label antibiotic called Cipro and it has permanently disabled me physically and mentally I m one of millions yet Kaiser doctors or board refuses accountability Refuse to even listen to me I ve been diagnosed with a list of medical problems except for floraquinones toxicity of what I suffer from Ive changed doctor s many times in search of a doctor willing to listen and care enough do a little research nothing This place makes me so mad how we are treated We are numbers not people to them Good place to go to if you want to experience the problems with US healthcare all under one roof

Dictate what the doctor can prescribe based on cost

1 They do not return phone calls when you leave a message 10 times 2 You can not get in touch with a real person that makes a decision 3 You do not have access to a direct phone line for anyone 4 My daughter s medication that she has been on for six years was denied by KP Doctor wrote a letter to Appeal the decision Went through appeals process with KP We were told we had to try two other cheaper medications before we could get this approved So Insurance company dictates what the doctor can prescribe They do not know anything about her medical history before making the decision She has tried two other cheaper medications before this one - now they want us to try two more Sending the claim to an outside independent review to review

FAULTY AUTOPAY WILL CANCEL YOUR INSURANCE BOZO PHONE VOICE SYSTEM TOO

1 been with them like 15 years on autopay then they set up a new autopay system that I input my info into it screws up they don t get my premium and cancel my insurance saying I requested my insurance be canceled which is a lie 2 they force you to use a voice recognition phone system which FAILS TO RECOGNIZE a simple one answer kicked me off an auto callback call forcing me to wait in a long phone queue morons

The worst Received a bill in error and despite calling emailing and chatting with customer service it s still hanging around Dealing with these people is less fun than banging my head against the wall If you have any other options with regard to health care I highly recommend you explore them before you sign up with this organization

Incompetence and stupidity is institutionalized at Kaiser It s never their fault they don t care about the member you can never see a PCP in a reasonable amount of time you can t get the same or right answer twice and they screw with your billing All the while pointing the finger at the member and making excuses for their mistakes If you want good health care Do not use Kaiser

Heer Kaiser Permanente thrives The only reason Kaiser is allowed to treat SSI SSDI peoples is because of a senator from california to be not named for her attempts on me life to shut me up Standard treatment of all SSI SSDI is go to hospital we don t want to see you You ruin our bottom line Kaiser grew from jew gold teeths funds and is mostly hilter babies grown up Every sealed script from Kaiser is missing 1 to 3 pills to pad there bottom line too They killed over 900 000 million trees and not replaced a one

If you like socialized medicine and think that you should be treated like a number then Kaiser is for you Doctors are there merely to collect a paycheck and keep health care expenses as low as possible so Kaiser Permanente balance sheet can THRIVE No real personal care everything is diagnosed through boiler plate responses If you are with Kaiser or thinking about joining be prepared to take a number and pray that you get the health care you need when you need it

Terrible customer care

Kaiser employees and their care team are lazy and will not consider anything accommodating You have to call day before find out surgical arrival times and most time they still don t know anything They will not have prescriptions brought up to a patient prior to discharge even if requested which would be very helpful Nurses are rude This place you are just a number to them Because manners are awful Kaiser capital hill Most of the dr offices don t communicate either Everything is always pass the buck on They should be reorganized This is not health care its more like a health institution

KP canceled appointments without notification

Today I drove 70 miles for my annual wellness check to the KP office near Holly St and Arapahoe Rd Unfortunately the appointment had been canceled 12 days ago by KP without any notification I was told a KP employee had left a voice mail on my cell phone on Sept 14 informing me In checking my cell phone s recent calls I could find no record of call from KP This was the 3rd time this has happened
