I have had Kaiser for two years now I really do not understand all the negative feedback about their services I have had nothing but great care and excellent services they go above and beyond calling me to follow up and making sure I am taken care of I use the Scotts Valley location and I have nothing but great things to say about my treatment and my experience with this location has been nothing less than outstanding I would like to think my Doctor DR Jeannine Wahl who has helped me through some tuff obstacles and her kindness and attention to detail has been key to getting me the best care I could ever hope for And I feel very comfortable that she is looking out for me and my healthDoctor Whal and her staff are wonderful caring and very professionalthank you to everyone at KP Scotts Valley

I visited Kaiser at the Largo center an I was very nervous about my visit an was wondering how my overall appointment was going to turn out I was so happy to have Bridget Michelle Ivery as my Md she made me feel so comfortable she explained everything I may go thru gave me great advice her demeanor was on point You can tell she was listening to my concerns an her engaging in our conversation u could tell she was very experienced Sometimes u get rushed or you can tell if a Doctor even cares about what u have to say but she didn t treat me that way she wanted to make sure I felt better before I left the building I was a mess walking in an felt like a Sunflower walking out Looking to see if she can be my primary Nothing like going in a visit knowing that u will be treated with dignity n respect No matter the circumstance

I love these people I know there s hate but my wife was diagnosed with cancer and Kaiser hit it hard and fast and now she s cancer free I don t care what anyone else says they saved my wife s life and they are doing God s work Thank you Kaiser

Substitute Primary Care Physician

My primary physician Dr Victoria Millay was out on maternity leave Accordingly in making my routine annual checkup I had to see the physician who was covering Dr Millay s patience In this case I was seen by Dr Kimberly Petrick While my decades-long relationship with Kaiser has always been one that has provided a positive experience there still was a sense of apprehension in placing my health issues with a new doctor Given that as a background let me say that the care comfort and concern I received from both Dr Petrick and her nurse proved to be equal to the standard of distinction I have grown accustomed to with Kaiser My appointment was at the Santa Monica office I was one of many patients being seen that day I was not the first person Dr Petrick tended to that day and certainly was not the last But she and her nurse provided me with such individualized and attentive treatment that they made me feel I was the most important person in the clinic the character of their actions in addressing my medical concerns surpassing the achievement itself of excellent medical practice They are a great lighten rod for the Santa Monica office for Kaiser Permanente and for the field of medicine
