Kaiser is steadfast and excellent

I had visited what I thought was a reputable optometrist not affiliated with Kaiser yesterday because my right eye was blurry and scratchy and dry I spent over two hours where the doctor looked closely in my eyes measured dilated and took pics She kept saying something is different about your right eye It s gotten worse referred me to an ophthalmologist for a cornea check Later in the day 7 hours later both eyes were almost still fully dilated I called Kaiser advice and talked to a nurse She made an appointment for me for this morning Within ten minutes of arriving at Kaiser optical department and every tech and assistant being knowledgeable and friendly the optometrist took me back and looked in my eye with a scope and said do you realize you have a contact in your eye I was completely shocked we removed it quickly and I got instant relief Apparently when I was trying on contacts two days prior I had put in two contacts instead of one from a used container of mine and quickly removed the one contact because it was uncomfortable never realizing I had put two in the same eye I m so thankful for the level of knowledge and professionalism Kaiser doctors always exhibit and I m a proud member for over 25 years Thank you Kaiser no telling what could have happened to my eye if I had not made an appointment with Kaiser for that second opinion

Dr Robin Dunn - Lone Tree orthopedics

Dr Robin Dunn is new to the Lone Tree orthopedics department He was the surgeon for my shoulder replacement in February 2022 I am very pleased with his work He is experienced with state of the art techniques He is an excellent communicator and listener I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is considering shoulder replacement surgery

Two Thumbs Up for Centerpointe Urgent Care

I went to Centerpointe urgent care on the last Monday in August I got there about 7 pm expecting a long wait I barely had time to sit down before I was called back Every person was so kind and professional The nurse got the iv on the first try I tend to be a hard stick The doctor had great bedside manner and took time to go over my results and answer any questions I had I think I was the last one in the pharmacy Even then the staff was courtesy and professional Being at urgent care was not how I wanted to spend my evening but at least the experience was quick and professional

Dr Paul Foley is an excellent neurologist Each time my husband and I leave his office I always feel it s been a positive appointment He thoroughly listens and gives us all the time needed to explain and discuss any issues He is a genuinely caring individual And he s ALWAYS on time I highly recommend Dr Foley and am so appreciative of my husband being in his care A very sincere thank you

My brother had a scheduled appointment and was told to stop at the lab prior to the appointed time for Dr Brawley We were viewing the Directory when a nice young man asked if he could assist us with locating the Doctors office We explained who we were trying to locate and he immediately said wait just one moment let me help He advised us to wait while he located where we needed to be I assumed he was a volunteer only to find out he was the Senior Vice President of Kaiser I just had to write a review just because he was so kind patient considerate and respectful of others which is very rare to find these days He diffidently deserves his position and much more You hired a diamond

Yesterdays Visit To Lonetree Orthopedic Dept

Yesterday September 13 2022 I had a routine appointment to see Dr Lawrence G Sullivan for steroid injections into both of my wrists I was received into the Orthopedic dept right on time by the pleasant receptionist and escorted into an exam room In just a couple of minutes Dr Sullivan entered the room and asked me to accompany him to another room which was equipped with a Fluoroscope device which allowed Dr Sullivan and myself to actually visually see exactly how and where the injection needle was entering my wrist to avoid hitting any of the many loose bones contained in the wrist area the entire process took only a few minutes and was totally and completely painless Great people that care

Nurse visit for me and my spouse to receive a covid booster As always the nurse was competent and kind I told her of a scheduled visit to Baseline Clinic next week for an ear ache She asked why Baseline rather than Rock Creek When I told her the schedulers were unable to find a slot at RC she volunteered and was able to find a time at RC and cancel the Baseline apptmt She also examined my ear and told me it was occluded with wax and advised using debrox for several days before the appointment Otherwise she said they may have been unable to clear my ear in one visit Kaiser has it s problems but never with the clinicians They are all top tier care givers

Covid-19 Booster great visit

My husband and I had our coronavirus boosters at Hidden Lake yesterday The nurse was so nice and friendly When we told her we forgot our vacccine cards she told us no problem we we could get the updated one at kp org She was very professional and pleasant which is always appreciated by senior citizens

Today I visited my Primary Care Doctor Dr Millay and her Nurse Keesha in Santa Monica Dr Millay has been my doctor for about 10years Seeing her is like visiting an old friend We catch up on what has been going on in our lives And she explains in terms that I can understand what is going on with me physical Her Nurse Keesha was very warm and friendly and caring much like Dr Millay Thank you for a good day at the doctors office Jackie
