I informed KPI Crewe I never wanted to be in any pension fund as I have my own I was informed I need to opt out to stop my money keep being taken from my wages Could not do it on line as it did not work so I wrote to NEST pension people who provided me with an opt out form I filled this out and left it in the transport office AO Crewe as advised by KPI and mark fao Kellie O Neill My envelope was collected by a member of KPI on the 26th July I am still waiting for a response nearly 2 weeks later in writing as to when my pension money will go back into my bank account Can the owner maybe advise me as it seems to hard for KPI to write to me I left the company last week and would you believe it I have received no payslip for last week could you also advise on this please Regards Antony Myatt I have already emailed your payroll why are you asking me to do it again when you have all my information and also can t you talk to them but it s about right So can you email all my contacts details that you hold Also I mentioned I have not received my payslip from last week Why has nobody texted me back Antony

Do not ever apply through this agency as they are rude and unreliable as I was suppose to go into work doing office and administration work but went and had to do labour WASTE OF TIME

They got in touch about a teaching assistant role I sent them all the documents necessary and didn t hear from them again

Awful Experience
I have had an awful experience with this company I received a call from an employee of this company who told me that I am a fantastic candidate and requested a lot of personal information from me After I sent it and spent hours completing the relevant forms I received no communication from them No updates and no information When I texted them 3 weeks later I was asked to call at a latter date When i did that I was told to text another day Afterwards they didn t even bother to reply to my messages that were simply just asking for updates regarding my application They even ignored a message that requested for my personal data to be removed As someone who is new to the job market the service has been extremely dissapointing

Disappointed in KPI
Never had an issue with this Company and worked hard for them when I signed up until this year Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding on KPI s part I was treated to snotty emails and misinformation Asked to change the Advisor as she targeted me out and was very unprofessional but as she was the Manager Lily James wouldn t transfer me to someone else I was then taken off the books Complained through the KPI site and had no response due to it probably being Lily James who deals with Complaints There are far better recruiting Companies who look after their clients and have higher standards when it comes to adhering to covid rules and regulations And actually give you a chance rather than judging you Managers also require training in people skills

Dishonest company
I apply three days paid annual leave they just paid 15hours salary I ask them how to calculate 3days 15hours They didn t reply I worked overtime they said no record so cannot pay but we had marked down on attendance record paper They don t care about you Please join if you want to be exploited

Not sure where all these good reviews are coming from definitely not the Gold Coast office Absolutely shocking communication and that was only just to send through a resume didn t bother returning your call or letting you know what s going on I understand we re all busy but if you want to recruit some good traffic controllers it s not the way to go about it maybe KPI in another state

Very poor and unprofessional service at the Crewe office Constantly having to ring and chase them nobody ever takes calls or bothers to return calls or e-mails Seems like they are right at the bottom of the pile when it comes to recruitment agencies as the staff they have placed are also generally of a very low standard

The worst recruitment agency I have ever worked for
This agency is completely unprofessional KPI failed to pay any holiday pay during the contract period and has still not paid the holiday pay 21 days after the contract ended Before the contract was signed they stated that the paid hours would be 7 5 per day but they only paid for 7 hours per day There is no communication unless you check the payslip yourself They show no respect for people and consistently break their promises I will take all legal action to protect myself It is strongly recommended that no business cooperates with them
