Decent if you need quick part time work

Very quick to get me started but the shifts aren t reliable and i usually only got last minute shifts on the day Nasim from Glasgow was very nice and polite and always kept in touch Overall decent agency if the shifts were more reliable

I want to leave a review regarding my experience with KPI It was nice and professional service especially from Monika who helped me register and to find a job Thank you Monika and all the staff

Great at recruitment poor at admin

The actual recruitment work done to get me into a role was brilliant I was even able to start early However when it came time for my first payment on the 1st of the month I received nothing on the day I understand errors happen and I was told that it could take up to 6pm However when 6pm came and I still hadn t been paid I discovered that KPI close their offices at 5 30 leaving me to try and juggle my bills until I got a resolution on the Monday
