Absolute waste of time Applied to a local pharmaceutical company via KPI At first the representatives were enthusiastic to arrange an interview for me I attended the interview and arrived 30 minutes early for my 10 am appointment The interview went well or so I thought The interviewer said that he would call me with a decision Never did I contacted KPI and was told that he had to leave for an emergency The KPI representative was off sick and another promised to call me back Never did The next day the representative who had been off sick rang me to ask if I had been to the intetview She promised to follow it up and call me back Guess what Never did I rang again and another representative informed me that she was unavailable but informed me that I lacked the relevant experience However I am a qualified Driving InstructorHave 8 years multi drop experiencePreviously had over 11 years experience using hand-held electronic terminalsWorked throught North West England and Wales for 11 yearsHave always worked in a environment involving manual heavy liftingHave always been involved in face to face meetings with customers and have conducted myself in a polite professional manner How much more experience is required KPI were not interested despite promising to call me back after cotacting the company You may have guessed this already NO CALL BACK AVOID AT ALL COSTS Total waste of time and effort In response to the reply I supplied my contact details as requested and received a call at 10am the next day with a promise to call me back No callback after 4 hours I emailed again and asked what the point was 30 minutes later I received a voicemail stating that there were better candidates Not got a problem with that but why are the company still advertising the position I stand by my statement AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don t pick calls and if they do they never call back Bad recruitment service

Made to feel like a complete gimp because I have mental issues no work given out and having to constantly re-register when they forget my records

Won t be using them again Never got back to me useless company I reckon they share my personal data And make prank calls That s my opinion

No contact made to me over a period of a week when stated I would have contact made with me within 48 hours That was the first job The second job I had to call them after no contact was made to me This was the tipping point as I was told I would have a text sent to me regarding all of the details I need for the job I never got said message Nor did I get a message or phone call to state I did not get the job Then a phone call to me regarding a bad review about them was made into a poach against me hitting me with 7 phone calls as the first time I had answered I had an argument with the lady on the other end as she seemed to have been trying to give me a literacy lesson Seems they only care when they have a bad review about them no care for the customers which I accidentally referred to myself as with them but quickly correct by said lady Don t use KPI

This agancy have not paid me for onedays work 6 weeks ago Do not trust them they are not reliable

Don t bother unless you want a 1300 tax bill after every 6 months
