Was waiting

I ordered an item Aug 1 I m still waiting on that item and even though they respond in the email nothing has been done They stated the item I bought was on back order and they tried to offer me something totally different I m still waiting EDIT 8 29 23 I got info about tracking a few days ago and thought it would be here soon but tracking from USPS shows that the label is created but they still dont have the item to even ship I m still waiting EDIT 9 2 23 I got the item today Its not what I ordered but it is what they said they exchanged that one for I dont hate it but I do got a weird taste in my mouth from this I switched it to 2 stars not horrible but not that good either Edit 9 16 23 I thought about it and I change my mind I switched it back to 1 star because I shouldn t have had to wait that long for an item I didn t even originally order

Avoid Long history of substandard service

Ordered my products on 1 26 2021 paid for expedited shipping I emailed the company on 2 6 2021 as I received no email confirmation of anything shipping out at that juncture and was sent the shipping confirmation email the next day A shipping label was created on 2 7 2021 but this was only actually handed over to the USPS today 2 11 2021 I am now to receive my item per USPS tracking 2 16 2021 standard delivery not expedited and the company has communicated Nothing with me regarding the inconvenience A 3-5 day delivery estimated turn around turned into a 21 day source of frustration with no communication I do not recommend using this company There are too many competitors to put up with this substandard service Beware

DECEPTIVE Scammer Liars

Scam Scam Scam Horrible All kinds of lies and terrible customer service They say they are going to refund your money then forget Then they will say there refunding it again and it ll be an error Then they will try to give you credit to their terrible site that don t actually stock anything and after that they ll ignore further communications I will update this if I ever receive my refund for my cancelled order Stay away Scam Update I did finally receive a refund But I had to email them at least 6 times and they LIED EVERYTIME and it took about month to get my money back The only reason they did is I contacted my bank about a charge-back If they get too many charge backs the processor will drop them Avoid these losers at all costs They Are Very Deceptive

I recently ordered a product from this website for the first time due to RYOT not having the item in stock huge mistake I paid for express shipping that rages from 2-5days I placed my order 7 days ago I ve sent MULTIPLE messages and emails through there customer service chat and email over the last 4 or 5 days NO RESPONSES AT ALL As I grew frustrated waiting to get an update for my order I decided I just wanted a refund due to this being my first ever experience with KushCargo They still won t respond Their chat and web page claims they respond within the end of day blatant lie DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE They literally just took my money and won t respond to my messages or emails about my order status or requesting a refund horrible horrible customer service The only thing I see kush cargo respond to are these reviews so KushCargo I want a refund By far the worst experience I ve ever had ordering online People spending their money on your products deserve better Do better or don t false advertise I want my money back now Update Made this review and got an email response in an hour Guess reviews are just more important than customer concerns satisfaction I did receive my refund though Never again will I go through kush cargo if you re looking for a site RYOT is by far the best I ve come to know kush cargo could learn a thing or two from them

Terrible place to order from and they have terrible communication skills when it comes to customers and orders I ordered about ten items they literally sent one and had to swap out every other item with random items shipping took forever seems like a lot of false advertisement definitely won t recommend them or order from them again trust me don t waste your time or money

If I could give them 0 stars I would Ordered a rolling tray in July it s August 23rd and I still haven t received it Not even a tracking number Emailed them and got no response after I asked for a refund 0 0 not recommended definitely won t be buying from Kush Cargo ever again
