Long wait customs duties

Firstly the website leads you to believe that the goods are shipped from Spain but they come from China This is why it took four weeks I was unable to track the package until it arrived in my country and then I paid customs duty I would recommend that the suppliers be more transparent on their website regarding shipping especially when customs duties are required and explaining the long wait I did not have to pay a huge amount of customs duties The package was valued for customs by the retailer at 7 I question if the rings are indeed silver as advertised There is no hallmark The rings look beautiful in the photographs on the website but on arrival they looked cheap and when I tried to adjust the ring I was worried that it was going to snap I am disappointed The quality of the product did not live up to the concept

Disappointed won t buy again

I was apprehensive but after seeing a few ads on Instagram and quite a few positive Trustpilot reviews I decided to purchase the neoplasticism ring It did as promised arrive within a week despite my anxiousness that the tracking said it had been to more countries I have When it arrived it came in a presentable little jewellery box with Kuurth s logo on It seemed as it had been advertised at the time but after a few days one of the enamel pieces chipped just slightly I was disappointed but let it slide as it wasn t noticeable to anybody else but me To be honest I naively didn t think anything of it but it was really just down to poor quality Now having had the ring for about a month it s starting to peel away in shiny little pieces It is not silver and shouldn t be marketed as such I wouldn t have had a problem with this had the marketing made clear it wasn t silver and it was considerably cheaper but for what it truly is it s completely overpriced and frankly crap I ll continue to wear it as it disintegrates but won t buy from Kuurth again If you want decent genuine silver jewellery don t bother - the stylish appealing modern presentation is a facade

The product still has not arrived

The product still has not arrived 3 weeks later The products are amazing however so if it does arrive safely I may change my review but more than 3 weeks to receive a product is quite unfortunate

I was super excited about the ring I bought and it was on my wish list forever The shipping was quick and easy but the ring simply does notnlook the same as they advertise it It looks more flat and cheap in real life like a less nice version of it Still cute but not what I expected and definitely wouldn t have ordered if I knew it would look like that

Turned My Finger Green

The ring is beautiful on the surface and seems to be of high quality It s marked with an S925 stamp inside so it is not sterling silver completely and it s likely that it has some level of copper because my finger turned green after one day of wearing Honestly not worth the price at all if this is going to occur I will likely be seeking a refund Super disappointed

A bit disappointed

Order two items Earrings - one of them does not close stay closed and is therefore unwearable Ring - does not really look like the picture it s less detailed and looks a bit cheaper than on the website Haven t heard from the customer service about the broken earring yet but I m hoping they ll have a solution

Necklace smaller than expected

The necklace I ordered was much smaller than anticipated both the thickness of the chain aswell as the size of the pendant The pendant being only a few mm tall not being visible from any distance and the chain being the thinnest I have seen and unfortunately breaking causing me to lose the necklace not long after purchase The pendant itself looked good if held to your face and the silver didn t tarnish

KUURTH: Wearable Art at the Intersection of Fashion and Design

KUURTH (kuurth.net) is a contemporary jewelry and accessories brand that positions itself at the crossroads of art, fashion, and design. The brand explores the connection between the old and the new, translating this dialogue into a curated collection of wearable pieces. The website’s central motif, "Wearable Art," encapsulates this philosophy, emphasizing items that function as both adornment and artistic expression.

Collection and Product Focus

The KUURTH offering is organized into distinct categories centered around jewelry and timepieces. The primary jewelry segments include Rings, Necklaces, Earrings, and Bracelets, allowing for curated full looks or individual statement pieces. Complementing the jewelry range are Watches and a selection of Accessories, including Exo® glasses, which are noted as currently available. The collection is further structured around thematic or limited-edition drops, featuring "Latest Drops," "Collections," and "Limited Editions" to highlight new and exclusive items.

Brand Experience and Customer Access

KUURTH positions the customer experience as a key pillar, providing multiple points of engagement for its community. The brand offers a newsletter subscription for early access to new releases, fostering a direct relationship with its audience. The "Customer Service" section is comprehensive, providing resources for Contact, order tracking, shipping information, FAQs, exchanges and returns, and jewelry care. This structure suggests a commitment to transparency and post-purchase support. The brand maintains a global presence through distinct language and currency options, including English and Spanish (EUR), and outlines its legal frameworks through pages such as the Privacy Policy, Cookie policy, and General conditions of purchase.

Digital Presence and Community

The KUURTH digital presence is designed to facilitate discovery and interaction. The website features an Instagram feed and links to Facebook and Pinterest, integrating social commerce and visual storytelling. A prominent search function and a minimalist cart interface emphasize a streamlined shopping journey. The brand also highlights a logistical detail, noting "FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER" a specified threshold, which varies by currency (150€, 180$, 130£), indicating a tiered approach to international fulfillment. The recurring appearance of the Exo® glasses across the interface underscores its role as a flagship accessory within the "Wearable Art" narrative.
