Got the wrong ring but the customer service is good

I ordered a ring and wanted to cancel it before it shipped out I emailed 30 minutes after purchasing it and there was no response I email again 2 days later and I got told that it has already been shipped and I d have to return it using my own money After some discussion I was allowed to keep the ring and I ll get refunded for the ring as it was a fault on their part for not cancelling the order on time No refund yet I got a notification saying that it had already been shipped and it was a completely different ring in the mail what looked like an engagement ring which is not something they advertise It came in a small zip lock bag and a sticker on it with a barcode and Chinese writing The package also came from a PO Box in Sydney and I live in Melbourne The company states it s from Barcelona Spain I contacted customer service again and they asked for pictures of the ring and told me I ll get my refund soon I asked again for the refund and proof of when the refund has been processed and they didn t respond For a company that responds pretty quickly it is clearly obvious that they won t be refunding me and this website is a scam SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SPEND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE This place is not worth the trouble and half of their stuff can be found somewhere else for a lot cheaper Edit I ve gotten an apology email from Andrea which I appreciate and also gotten an email with the refund hopefully it comes through soon I understand that the company is still new so I hope they can improve their business for the future

The real pieces are not of good quality The clips feel clumsy and the design is not carefully transferred to the real piece from the render which you see on the website

Long delays and difficult to track

My daughter ordered items for her brothers birthday and when they informed her that there would be a 3 week shipping time she immediately tried to cancel and they refused The goods still hadn t arrived six weeks later It was difficult to reach customer services but following multiple efforts and a review highlighting the problem customer services responded and have agreed to reimburse the cost The company seems to be a new start up with some teething problems They are learning as they go and will hopefully be able to overcome some of the issues customers are currently experiencing It would be helpful if they could provide tracking details for shipments in addition to the order number My daughter should have read these reviews before purchase as it seems others have had similar challenges
