Good quality bad service

Quality of the ring is great and it was packaged good as well The only disappointing thing for me was that I did not get a confirmation email or any updates on delivery up untill the day it got delivered

The ring is very small it feel very fragile when i try to open it a little bit more the emanel color is much more bright then it is in pictures

Package lost but excellent customer service

Package took more than a month to arrive when I ordered it in time to be a christmas gift But Judith from customer service was very kind and competent kudos to them

UPDATED Did n t Receive Product

So despite getting a shipping notification a few days after my order was placed I got an email saying After checking our last batch of stock where there should be Fallen Angel pendants it seems that there has been an error from the production factory and they were not sent to us so we will not be able to ship your order I was asked to wait or get a refund figured id be optimistic and wait but it s been radio silence ever since No updates or anything UPDATE My order finally arrived on 11 30 It s fine definitely more oval than circle Also the chain is thinner than it looks which for me was a good thing Did shipping info suddenly appear after my review Ofc But it s cute and I wasn t in any sort of rush Upping to a 3 because it s a solid cute accessory for my alt look

Beautiful designs poor communication returns process customer service

The sizings they offer are inaccurate I ordered an XL to fit on my index finger after using their measuring system and it comes up way too big This was the size recommended to me As a result I had to send the ring back whilst having to sacrifice the return shipping cost of 8 in which the refund I have not received after two weeks I reordered the size lower L and now it s way too small for my index finger Luckily the ring fits my ring finger My customer service interaction was pretty shoddy and seems to be only handled by one person I think this company could be really good as they have brilliant designs and the rings look beautiful relatively well priced when on sale They just need to fine tune some bits such as returning response speed communication and sizing systems

Mediocre product s good customer support

I would give the customer support 5 stars but unfortunately I ve noticed that the silver ring I bought gets damaged a whole lot more easily than I expected because it was not a cheap ring I ve had the same experience with a pair of KUURTH earrings I bought which also got damaged pretty easily

The ring is smaller than it appears and the details are less defined in real life It s a cool ring but a bit pricey for the quality
