Return policy is fake they won t accept your returns if theyre too big Id rather shop somewhere else than spend 100 on something i ll throw away because its too big and unlike the photos

I ordered some suits from Laam quality was not great cheap fabric with cheap embroidery some suits were not even wearable one dupatta was ripped and another dupatta was stained When I complained they did not respond well and are not even ready for compensation for the damaged suits they delivered as they say that complaint timeline is within 14 days of purchase Please don t throw your money in the bin by placing orders to them I will not recommend anyone to buy any stuff from them A very disappointed customer

Bad service I have ordered a designer outfit and it was delivered with a bottoms of a different dress totally unmatching a with a wrong size aswell I have reached them on their contacts and after 3 working days they failed to provvide a resolution to this problem And I see my money wont be refunded Sureley not going to buy again from them be aware and don t purchase from them

Always have problems with Laam

Always have problems with Laam First of all extensive delivery charges as they do not comply with the delivery charges noted in website Secondly Laam staff emailed me to say Denali article is not available to ship and that they will charge further shipping charges if shipped later separately I then agreed for this article to be refunded as did not want to wait and charged extra despite it being advertised as express shipping and available on website But shocking instead of cancelling Denali article they instead cancel an article called Kiara without my instruction and especially when this was advertised as express shipping therefore there should not have been any issues with shipping this It is their error and their staff put the blame on me that I requested for this to be cancelled laam staff have chosen to cancel the Kiara article not me Despite me raising a complaint this has not been dealt with appropriately They continue to ignore my requests Please confirm you will ship the Kiara item as promised when I made the order as it was advertised as available and express shipping if you fail to do this it will be a breach in consumer rights and regulations I believe Laam staff lack the capacity and competence to understand how transactions work and good customer service I have already explained that I would like a manager to deal with this so please forward to Manager director failing which I will take further action but they fail to action this So appalling and disappointing to order as everytime I order I have a problem with the order due to their lack of communication and understanding of how transactions work

Paid for an order 10 days ago my bank says payment sent and received these clowns claim they haven t received anything Sent proof but customer services don t seem to understand English on whatsapp keep giving standard reply The bank confirmed you have the money why are you lieing just send the damn 10 days and still saying we haven t received I even sent transaction complete details yet all ignored DO NOT BUY unless you want a HEADACHE now laam fix your problem

Horrendous Customer Service

I placed an order 580793 for an item that arrived damaged I sent an email with a clear description of the issues and also sent images of the issues with the suit The suit was received with embellishments noticeably missing and you could also see visible pen marks on the suit I contacted their Customer Service Team about this and was told that they could not notice anything wrong with the suit despite taking clear images of this and detailing this within the email I requested that a return label be sent in order to return the suit for a refund I was advised that the item would not reach them as customs would keep the item If you do not offer returns why is this not stated within your policy After a lot of emails back and forth I was told that they require some time getting back to me with an update for the complaint It has now been nearly 8 months and I have still not received any response I will not be buying from them again as their service is horrendous

I regret to inform others about my deeply frustrating experience with a Laam order of 4000 The item I received was a far cry from what was advertised a stark contrast to the pictures that initially convinced me to purchase This was not just a minor discrepancy but a complete deviation from what was promised Moreover the ordeal didn t end there When I sought a refund the process was agonizingly slow and inefficient It s been over two years and I am still waiting to be reimbursed the full amount currently short of 300 This lack of accountability and customer service has been incredibly disheartening I urge potential customers to exercise caution and consider other options Based on my experience which was arguably the worst I ve ever had trusting Laam might lead to disappointment and a significant financial loss
