Exceptional customer service

I ordered a suit order number 633516 and as it turned out there s wasn t enough material to make my size The description stated more material then there actually was so I wanted to return it Only complication was I live in the Uk and my clothes are ordered to Pakistan but my case manager was Zainab who was very helpful from the suit being return posted until I was fully refunded I would like to thank her very much for all her help through this process She has been extremely helpful professional and thorough throughout Exceptional customer service mashallah I will definitely be recommending you to all family and friends Thank you Zainab Kind regards Mrs Saleem

I spent around 500 bucks on the items bought multiple times and I chose more carefully only casual outfits for my entire family Really impressive stitching is very good shipping is fast but I m giving 4 stars for high shipment charges Over all products match true to the description Thank you Will shop again

I have ordered 4 times now 2 for international shipment and 2 locally All were delivered on time and those that required stitching were done adequately as well So convenient to find all the brands and stitching under one roof

Good variety beautiful designs The only issue is that your some displayed designs are delivered very late ie beyond 15 to 20 days in some cases Suggest that the delivery time should b reduced
