Worst experience ever Don t fall for pictures

I wish I had read the reviews before buying Such a poor quality clothes with so called Designer label that I don t even know Don t believe their pictures it can be deceiving I am so disappointed with the quality and their customer service They charge extra just flr dupatta if you order shalwar kameej I thought maybe it was special kind of embroidered dupatta so I paid extra for dupatta When I received the item I could cry because dupatta is literally cheap net fabric with chemical scented stamps to it which is surely come off after two washes The gold design on the the dupatta design on the bottom of my kameej doesn t match at all They even stamped the design on kameej which looks so cheap for that price Why would you lie to the customer with deceiving pictures man Such a waste of money time

I have order this outfit and didn t include no viscose piece for lehnga If you have time I would say do not risk ordering stuff throughoi LAAM as Of my living abroad I didn t have any other option so I have to deal with their slow customer service including missing items and ordering cancellation just before the wedding Please please do not take a risk ordering stuff through Laam absolute disgusting Soon I will upload whole chat with then through Instagram that they don t reply when they don t want to And how rude is the team I did 3 order one was cancelled last minute one has ripped piece and other one has noo lehnga attached with it

Shipping timeline is Terrible

I just Love Love the articles from LAAM I wish to give 5 star but due to Terrible shipping experience with LAAM I can only do 2 star I placed my order of 8 suits on June 5th 2022 and still have not received it as of today July 27th I placed an order to wear these outfits for EID but when I saw the status it was delayed and their excuse was that the staff was on Holiday for EID which doesn t make sense because the order was placed on June 5th and EID was on July 10th and now they say different brands have not sent the articles in yet This has happened Twice with me first it was on Ramadan EID Outfits arrived after RAMADAN And now same thing Don t Rely on EVENTS shopping from LAAM Your order will not receive in timely manner But apart from this very satisfied with the quality on all the articles

Not satisfied with service

Positive The end product was good Negative Very poor customer service and no feedback on progress of order Only got the item shipped after phoning them several times and having to shout at them on the phone Rude arrogant staff that let the company name down Will not deal with them again My advice is to only deal with them direct in Pakistan Do not order with them from overseas unless you want constant hassle getting anything done

I ordered from UK First time they messed me about with dates Second time they sent part of the order In the process of getting a refund for 2 items and have said they will give me part shipping charges back also Go ahead and order but remember no guarantee you will get the items and time to receive items can be anything

There is also a dupatta missing in my order when i opened it However the description of the product says otherwise and it doesn t make sense to pay 5 figures and than doesn t come what says so I placed an order on April 29 and it said the shipment will arrive by June 17 but the shipment was shipped after June 25 I would also appreciate to receive any updates if the parcel is delayed or in any steps include when in stitching process and when it is being ready to be shipped updating us after it is being shipped is useless cause we can track is down by tracking number And WhatsApp automated service is useless cause it doesn t get to the real human to answer

Im never never coming back to this Im never never coming back to this business Literally they are making me so frustrated and making me cry I placed an order on the 13 of may I changed the delivery location because of late delivery date which tgey very efficiently and conveniently changed it and i appreciated that a lot But now even after keeping extra days in hand i did not get anything There were 15 pieces all together They were suppose to ship within 10 working days Now seriously it have been so overdue Very disappointing experince And the 2 stars are only because they were nice enough to change the delivery address One more thing they do not answer the number they have provided

Terrible service and delivery time

Although the products we received from Laam were great the service and process of receiving them was highly disappointing We placed our order on the 10th of June for a wedding that took place in Septmber According to the company s international shipping policy we should have received our within 6-8 weeks When this time frame had passed we contacted customer service who told us that they withheld sending us our complete order around 4-5 outfits as they were still waiting on 1 of the products We explained that we needed the dresses asap and that they should have sent the dresses that had arrived rather than withholding it On top of that they took their time to respond to our queries We received our order well after the date of event despite ordering months in advance Once again while the dresses were lovely the service was terrible and unreliable I will not be ordering from Laam or recommending it for an important event again

Rubbish customer service

Order so many clothes for my daughter s wedding I got 2 faulty suites and when complained Laam refused to give me any refund Delivery service painful experience Could be more accurate with delivery time I think only good for if you buying big brands
