Ordered an Ali Xeeshan outfit since it

Ordered an Ali Xeeshan outfit since it was only available to order through their site on March 12 2022 to have enough time for the suit to reach Canada by Eid The estimated shipping date provide was April 20 2022 I thought they will ensure that the parcel will reach their client ON TIME BUT the delay started when it was shipped on April 23 2022 instead The delivery date given was April 29th but then it was delayed again and was delivered today on May 4 2022 AFTER Eid Don t know if it is normal but the size is not marked on the suit Usually every company has a label with the size The quality of the suit is fine the duppata does have a small black mark on it - not as visible so I ll let it slide So moral of the story is that never order an outfit if you need it for an event cause it will never reach you ON Time doesn t matter how early the order is placed

Order process and shipment went fairly well Outfit looked nice upon arrival but basically sleeves started to fuzz and threads came out Outfit nice just sleeves were a miss

I think the 5 ratings for Laam are their family and friends The 1 tell the real story Don t go by their turnaround times on website I was told my outfit will be dispatched on 23rd and now they have said by the end of the month I ve told them I m not having it People please use credit cards and get your card holder to reverse the charge I ve given them until end of week or else that is exactly what I m doingAfter this review they did end up sending the item a day after the original date and I got it within the week I wish they are better informed by vendors seems like the communication channels could be improved The dress was nice but not worth 125

Hi this is first time I have placed an order from Laam clothing But I haven t receive it yet I was trying to amend my order so for this I got quick response via WhatsApp it was Noffil So far I am happy with customer service Thanks

Overall it was a nice experience and product is of top noche although the delivery time was considerably delayed I would prefer to buy items that are prepared to be deliverd Hand embroidery is remarkable my first online experience from saudi arabia to pakistan Thabk you

Overall good experience

It s my third shopping experience from KSA with LAAM Overall I really liked all my articles appreciate the quality customer care service was kind and very prompt I d like to give two stars less as two of my outfits wer not as good as I ve expected in terms of embroidery quality n patches and my shipment was delayed too because of these two outfits I had picked them from sale but rest of my other outfits which I ordered were of superb quality better than the picture displayed and exceeded my expectations

The outfits are good Customer Service response is prompt The only problem I have with this place is they give you a mailing date with the explanation that we do that so we can ship all the products together I placed the order in April with the hope that I will have my outfits at least for one of the Eid s My outfits were not shipped until July and they all were shipped separately And as of today 7 18 2022 I have still not received 2 outfits I don t understand why can they not be open and honest about shipping Why can t you provide better service and ship out the ones that are already available and not lie to the customers that you are waiting for the one outfit that is not available yet If you need something quickly shipped to you this is not the place to go
