This is a shout out for Ms Zainab Asad from team LAAM she was my case manager very understanding and cooperative I bought a suit through their website which was damaged I reached out to them through email and WhatsApp and my complaint was smoothly addressed I got a refund for my purchase All this within three days time I m impressed by their vigilance and wish them all the best Keep up the good work P s I also wish that their warehouse team be as responsible as their customer service team They need to ensure the quality of the articles ordered before shipping

I am always hesitant to buy Pakistani clothes from just a picture but the clothes were perfect The colour look and embroidery were exactly the same as the pictures The price is reasonable and when I stalked them immediately after I ordered they were polite and answered all my questions quickly through whatsapp Definitely recommend
