I purchased a roller that unfortunately broke and the store did not fix the wheel despite my request The store manager at nice - jean medicine was not friendly but the salesperson Clement was helpful in finding a solution to fix it When I contacted customer care via email their response was that I needed to present the receipt which I had already lost I suggested that they could verify my purchase from the barcode but they did not offer this option If you value good service and a client loyalty program I would not recommend buying from La Grand R cr
