BEWARE DO NOT USE

BEWARE DO NOT USE Software worked in free demo but does not work on longer audio clips When I used the paid version the audio was silent LALAL AI company refused to listen to it and would not refund me They say it s in our T C s that you can not be refunded even if our software doesn t work

Service Inoperable

I signed up for the Pro level package and I can t access the AI as it s saying that I don t have the required credits but at the package level I subscribed to I should have unlimited credits May tech support or customer service can help me but so far there hasn t been a response to my email to support Maybe they need an AI system to handle customer service issues

the app does not work

the app does not work cannot download anything Contacted support they are of no help whatsoever unwilling to do anything beside saying that they re working on the bug In that case they should NOTbe selling the app then This is a major RIP OFF

Ongoing file format issue

I think the conversion software is great but I have been on the support chat over the last 3 days trying to find out why I can t download wavs after uploading wavs to convert It automatically defaults to a FLAC file which I don t want and I ve been trying to get help to resolve this I m being told I should get back the same format that I upload but this hasn t been happening The issue is still ongoing and I d love some help to resolve this please

Lousy quality

Lousy quality I switched to Voice ai and it turned out much better not great but better LaLaLa-files is useless And they didn t refunded me as the package was used

Awful

Awful Paid to get my audio cleaned and the new version is no different and completely inaudible I ve contacted customer services twice and they have been completely unhelpful I have not received what I paid for Really disappointing

Total waste of money with Zero Support

There is no support They think they can think up all the possible problems a user might have and put them in question answer form and never bother to help anyone I have sent 3 emails which was extremely hard to find a way to even email them No one has replied since I emailed 4 days ago No one bothered to even say I m sorry Their Select Files never works properly for me Once you find your mp3 file it wants to take the entire folder Every time I ve tried to separate voice from instrumental it always says not supported or This file does not allow this etc etc A total waste of money for this app And no one wants to even help with it

Didn t work support never responded

I purchased 500 minutes of time from LALLAL to try to clean up the ambient noise in an interview I did with my grandpa His voice had grown pretty hoarse in his old age This AI tool couldn t tell the difference between his hoarse voice and the ambient noise around us Did not work for me I tried emailing support about my experience offering to send the audio samples I asked if a partial refund would be possible No response I have seen examples of this tool working well But buy at your own risk because there seems to be no support or recourse if it doesn t work for your use case
