Very pleasant experience but continue to improve

So far and for most of the tracks that I had transformed in order to listen to instrumentals and vocals only I was disappointed for 2 - 3 tracks where the instrumental version is blurred and not pleasant to listen to Maybe so much compression difficult to bypass Some frequencies are drowned - dominated by others Regarding the listening of bass guitars strings tracks I am disappointed with the quality It show how far they are from the quality of the original tracks of each instrument In any case continue to improve your your software to eliminate or highlight the frequencies necessary to get a good listening to the Music we like Thank you already for the work done by those who work at LAL AI

truly disappointed

During the demo the program the vocal separation did excellent and I applaud you So I purchased I purchased them time for stem separation for a potential remix This fell worse than short It was a disaster and I was left truly disappointed Maybe it was my audio or the way that I separated but it was truly inadequate I understand bleed and such I couldn t even get enough separated material to convert anything to MIDI

I have split 13 tracks

I have split 13 tracks vocals instrumental and on at least half of the tracks the instrumentals have drop out or very low volume sections making them unusable as the backing tracks I was expecting A few of them will work and are amazing but the percentage of usable is pretty low

I didn t want to give a review until I d thoroughly tested this my conclusion It s ok - but doesn t blow me away its no better or worse than other solutions I ve tried - the artefact are still noticable in much of the vocal removal and it struggles with brass lines but I ve grown not to expect perfection in this type of software They all make big claims but at the moment don t fully deliver fully on their promise I m invested now but wether any of the tracks are usable in the way I had hoped probably not

Not great for older tracks Loss of volume and voice leaks

Splitting tracks made in the last 30 years sound good but older tracks are harder to split The vocal tracks are hard to separate from the instrumental tracks There s still an echo or some words leaking on the instrumental tracks that should have been vocal free Also when trying to separate vocal tracks I hear the instruments volume fluctuates where the vocals were before Wish that could be fixed

Globally satisfied but

I have been using LALAL AI for more than 1 year My main goal is to have a clean split between vocals and non vocals and I am globally satisfied I just had a recent problem with the split of Zombie where the voice was not completely eliminated from the 2nd Chorus eventhough I was using the new algorythm

Still Has A Ways To Go

Works OK It s quick but doesn t perfectly separate the batter From my experience it is 50 - 95 accurate 75 of the time If it could get it 95 - 100 accurate 75 - 100 of the time with a longer wait time I would ve been happier with the purchase This is definitely a case of you get what you pay for Maybe the technology will improve while I still have minutes left

There s a problem when cleaning up the

There s a problem when cleaning up the vocals We should be allowed to specify how heavily to apply the filters For instance if you want to take the vocals and do a transcription there are missing ends of words or full words from the vocals audio This ruins that application Perhaps I wan to run it twice once with a soft filter so that I can remove noise and music to then to a great automatic transcription and then do it again so I can get a better music track

An amazing accomplishment but remains to be improved

The user interface is very good and the ability to preview the results is great and necessary The actual separation of voice and instruments was an improvement over the original an old vocal and guitar track but quite a few artifacts remain in the vocal track Still overall an amazing accomplishment that will only improve over time

Mediocre

The process was easy enough to grasp right away I used a simple 2 stem track and the result was mediocre at best at isolating an acoustic guitar and vocal The vocal bled through and the loss of quality on the acoustic guitar track was substantial
