Possible improvements

The service is overall very useful It would be great to have a true noise separator cleaning all other sounds Also the separation between voice and instruments is excellent for the voice but not so much for the instruments - for example in separating voice and guitar the guitar part came fragmented

It s truly amazing what this software

It s truly amazing what this software can do but it s not perfect I have 30 years of experience as a musician composer engineer and for me it does a better job of seperating the vocal from the music than separating the music from the vocal It s kinda like dropping a bar of soap into a pot of soup You can remove the bar of soap but there s still a soapy taste in the soup although you can still use the soap Still it s an incredible technology and well worth checking it out

The tool works well for voice For other voices stems there are artifacts I realize how difficult separating instruments can be Currently this version is useful for transcription purposes for voice and possibly sax guitar piano and other had a difficult time The Holy Grail for this tool would be to team up with Melodyne and provide for example extracting the vocal and transcribing to note annotation Then provide his ability for multiple voices and instruments A tall order Though someone will eventually make this happen

This AI extract processing is arguably the best on the market but like its familiar there is still much to be desired One major gripe I have is how the pricing structure is a little deceiving whereby to achieve a complete extract of one song into its constitute parts requires you to use the extract function once for every instrument

Super 8 Audio Enhancement

I have some audio recorded with Audacity from two Super 8 reels played on an old Chinon Sound 8000 Projector I ran booth in LALAL AI after cleaning up the audio in Audacity by using Noice Removal under Effects Booth static noise when projector is not running and from projector running but before audio from reel The result varied a lot from amazing clarity of voice to voices removed completely It seems like background voices are harder for LALAL AI to handle compared to voices close to the microphone and some background voices are picked up as noise and removed all together For example a bicycle bell was removed completely even though it was quite clear I will continue to experiment with the audio but for now LALAL AI is another tool in the audio handling

I had 200 to 300 minutes left i forgot exactly and they all got deleted I tried to contact support but there is no support and never did get them back so i foolishly bought more Just waiting for them to disappear also - hopefully they dont

Yes but

It s a handy tool but for speech it cuts down too much sometimes It would be a good thing to have some switches to manually adjust If I have to pay per second I d like improvements on the output in quality

Doesn t do proper vocal speech noise removal Useless to meEdit As the response of them implies I DID do that but the demo is roughly a minute long So theres no way of previewing long format dialogue You never know what you re gonna get because the algorithm specializes in MUSIC splitting and not noise isolation EVENTHOUGH they advertise Voice cleanup

Inconvenient interface

Inconvenient interface you have to upload the song every time in order to divide it into stems And yet it is impossible to get stems that complement each other to get a complete song
